We are really impressed with our machine (WMF 1500S+). It vends quickly, it has a good milk fridge attached, and the options are clear to see and vend. The cleaning cycle is quick, and the videos on the display make it easy to follow. The team at Logic were excellent, and they have been really prompt at answering questions.

Steve at Logic Vending was recommended to me as I was looking for a coffee machine that could assist with providing coffee for my team.

From the outset I recieved great service and guidance along the way.

I had little knowledge of what to go for, they made me feel at ease and guided me into what the options are.

I eventually went for a pre programmed coffee machine which I and the staff absolutely love and couldn’t do without.

The Best Coffee Beans. I really do highly recommend these beans. I get the medium roast and it is exactly what I am always searching for in a coffee bean, perfectly ballanced, chocolate notes, excellent. The price is cheaper than what I paid at the grocery store let alone an artisanal coffee roaster, which I think this coffee exceeds in taste and quality. I highly recommend!

Had our Bambino 2 Luxury installed yesterday and we couldn't be happier. The process was really easy from start to finish and Steve in the sales team was very knowledgeable and patient with us when deciding what to go for. The best supply company I've come across since I started business.

They really sorted us out with our coffee machine. Enough beans for a good few months, along with take out cups, stirrers and syrups which really help to offer a better product for us and help our profit margins.

I would definitely recommend this company for small start ups and larger independent companies looking to expand.

I can't recommend these guys enough!
After being messed around for 2 months by any company I discovered Logic Vending where Steve helped me out and sorted me out very quickly. The customer service was 10/10 and Joe who installed the machine was excellent also couldn't recommend Steve and Joe enough. Thanks guys.

The Scottish Arts Club was very impressed wth the service provided by Logic Vending and by MItchell in particular. He took us through the decision making process so that our choices were made clear. The delivery of the machine was prompt, the installation efficient and the machine works well. The coffee beans supplied are excellent, and are almost half the price of our former supplier.

Awesome service from Gino and Steve the engineer. He came in during a busy service. Worked around the kitchen staff perfectly and trained me on the machine while I kept having to nip off. Patience of a Saint and showed me how to make delicious coffee and look after the machine. Definitley recommend!

The Rwanda Medium Roast 100% Arabica coffee from Kokebi is lovely. Freshly ground it has a lovely light aroma. The roast is perfect for expresso as it allows the taste of the coffee to come through without the burnt taste I often find with expresso-roast coffee beans. The flavour has a little chocolate and a pleasant level of acid. The flavour is not strong - it is Arabica, but moreish - I can forget how much coffee I am drinking! The one wee bother is a slight sour after taste.

During the process of selecting the right coffee machine/s for our office, we saw that Logic Vending was the clear choice. We found that the team were very helpful when it came to demonstrating both how the machines operate and how they would need to be maintained effectively. They were also very efficient with response to any queries or concerns we had, as well as their delivery of products.

I reached out to Logic Vending to gain quotations for a new company coffee machine and went with the company after reading some good reviews online. The whole process was very easy, and Steve Banting was able to answer all of my queries (and very patient as I had a lot!) and our Account Manager has been keeping in touch ever since. Really like the fact that you gave us the opportunity to try the coffee and use the machine in advance of deciding if we should go ahead of purchasing one. We ended up leasing 2 machines and it was a really easy transaction and both Richard and Mitchell were very helpful. I also really like the fact that they give you everything you need to start you off such as coffee and cups etc.

From showing an interest in one of these machines,I have had contact with the same person throughout. No pushy sales , he went at my pace with the whole sale,discussing which product would suit my needs .
I have now had the machine installed and done to perfection,the installation guy was marvellous showing me the operation fully.
A really good company to deal with . Would highly recommend.
