I booked a vacation package through…

I booked a vacation package through MeliaEscapes operated by Logitravel, and it was a complete disaster. The package quote I received clearly included carry-on bags with the flight but when I did the check in I found out they had actually booked the lowest-tier airfare, which only included a personal item. I had to pay for a separate carry on. I contacted their customer service multiple times providing the email with the quote as evidence. However, they refused to take responsibility, claiming they had no way of knowing which of their employees provided the quote. They offered no help or compensation, and I was forced to pay an additional fee for my carry on bag. This company is unreliable and unprofessional. If you choose to book with them, make sure to document and save every single interaction because they do not own up to their mistakes. Save yourself the trouble and avoid MeliaEscapes/Logitravel entirely.

I recommend this travela agency 100%

I recommend this travela agency 100%, I did a trips with them 3 or 4 times and evertyhing worked perfectly, sometimes I got a cancelled flight or so and they take charge. They send you new flights to choose with several options. That's great, In addition the circuits and cobinated big trips are amazing, always there are someone that speaks your languaje and treat you perfectly in the visited contry.

I believe that they can improve a bit the communication 24h to be more clear just that.

Bad customer service on field and even worst hotel selection

We booked a trip to Alblania in April through Logitravel. The trip was supposed to be from the 3rd to the 10th of September.
The first night we were supposed to stay in Tirana, in the hotel VH EUROSTAR TIRANA HOTEL CONGRESS & SPA.
We arrived in the reception at 9 p.m. since the flight arrived late and lady in the reception told has that due to an issue with their system our room was not available and that we would have to go to another hotel Hotel Broadway (30 mins away by walk)
We informed the agency of this issue that we were having and they got back to us the day after by saying that the hotel informed them that was not true that we had to move to another hotel and that they gave us a room VH EUROSTAR TIRANA HOTEL CONGRESS & SPA.
After confirming to the agency through email that was not true what the hotel said and even sent a picture of the Hotel Broadway where we actually spent the night.
Additionally we had another night booked in the same hotel in Tirana from the 7th to the 8th, after this horrible experience we asked to change the hotel. We never received an answer from them that we ended up paying an hotel in another city just to avoid to go back to this horrible hotel with really poor service.

To add one last comment, most of the hotels that Logitravel has chosen for this trip where really horrible, we checked the reviews and they had 2 stars from the poor service…

Honestly we won't book any trip with Logitravel anymore after this experience!!!!

No vacation

Regarding 945153788
I booked a trip to Mexico from Madrid on May 20th and the room I booked could not be provide so Logitravel gave me an option for an other room, that I declined. (Logitravel confirmed a room they did not have)
Now I have to pay 20% (459 euro) in cancelation fee and you still have the remaining 2260 euro on Logitravel account. I wrote back we want to change to an other hotel or move our holiday to 21st. if the booked room is avalible there.
Have not heard anything, down with 2700 euro and no holiday for us due to Logitravel.
Poor customer"service" and I hope they will contact me tomorrow ? We will see.

After reviewing your file we have been able to verify that on 27/07 you made a flight reservation through our website, which was pending confirmation. After several attempts, it was not possible to confirm it due to lack of availability of seats of the airline, so we proceeded to the cancellation and refund of the amount paid at that time. You contacted us on 17/08 to inform us that you had not received the refund, so one of our agents sent you a confirmation of the refund. You were also asked for a letter from your bank detailing the reason for not finding the refund, and we are waiting for you to send it. We regret what happened but we insist that the steps taken on our part have been correct at all times.

Beware beware …

We booked a trip with logitravel on msc virtuoso
A cruise to France and Spain
We paid extra to chose our rooms because there was three rooms needed close to each other
They took the extra money and when we arrived on the ship guess what all three rooms were not next to each other l should have paid the basic and not the Fantasia package my advice book else where with some one who keeps to the agreement

We would like to point out that it was not necessary paying any additional cost to select these cabins. On the other hand, please note that the company reserves the right to change the selected cabins based on operational issues. We have verified that, in your case, only one of the cabins was altered, maintaining at all times the contracted category, so we understand that the passengers were able to enjoy the cruise in the conditions associated with that category. I got really sick and need a refund

I got really sick and had to come back to my country, had purchased a pack with flights and hotel, they dont want to give me my money back and I really need it. On their website there ir a page where (in spanish) they say that if something happens that is not your fault you can get your money back, 100%. And they want to charge me 723 euros as a cancellation fee, but the money I want back is 723, so obviously I’ll end up with nothing, they keep me back and forth but they don,t give me my money back!!! I really need help

After reviewing your file, we have been able to verify that, in fact, on 11 October, you made a reservation for a package trip through our website. During the whole process of setting up the reservation you were detailed the cancellation policies of the same (which you accepted at the time of confirmation) and you were told that the cancellation costs would be 100% from that moment. As the relevant department has told you on numerous occasions, you must cancel the reservation as soon as possible and claim the expenses directly from your insurer. Remember that, after completing the booking process, you were sent to your email the voucher of the insurance contracted with all the detailed information related to the policy (coverages, claims procedure, etc.). In the event that the reason for cancellation is provided in the clause of your policy, the appropriate refund will be made.

We booked our cruise in the Autumn for…

We booked our cruise in the Autumn with Logitravel for February 2022 and Iris was so helpful finding the right cabins for us . Her friendly manner and expert knowledge was very reassuring as I had never booked anything on line before. When one of our group went down with covid and was unable to have the required vaccination, Iris calmly sorted everything out brilliantly . Thank you Iris .

Good clientservice

Last year we booked a holiday to Norway with this company. Ther were a lot of troubles with a delayed flight and in the end we nearly found our carrental closed. We also missed a whole afternoon and evening in Oslo. Logitravel helped us in every moment to make the rest of our holiday a success. After coming back they helped us to get a financial compensation from the flightcompany.

I love logitravel

Booking cancelled without informing me

I checked with the hotel two days after making a booking and they had a record that Roomdi (a subsidiary of www-logitravel-com) cancelled the booking! But they had also taken the money off my card (the retailer listed as www-logitravel-com)! There is no way to talk to them about this, no number to call, I can only send a message and hope for a response.

very pure customer service experience

very pure customer service experience
I recently book a hotel via Roomdi (subsidiary company of LOGITRAVEL) money gone to logitravel.
I cannot get hold of anyone for days now, to discuss my complaint I have raised with them. nobody is answering the phone or returning emails.
Please be very careful to book any thig with these two companies.
