Extremely helpful customer support phone line

Logs direct are great
Logs direct are great, not so sure about the carriers. I arranged with logs direct for delivery on the Friday after 11am, if possible, at 1.30pm I got a call from delivery people to arrange a delivery date!!! re-arranged(with the delivery company) to deliver on the following Tuesday they were happy to deliver between 11am-5pm Great! Logs arrived at 9am just as I was leaving home.

Delivery depends on where you live
No worries from Logs Direct. The carrier was rather erratic on the actual date the delivery was due. But eventually arrived with no problems.

Logs are always excellent quality at a reasonable price, delivery is prompt and efficient and on the occasions I've needed to call, everyone I've ever spoken to has been thoroughly pleasant and helpful. Can't praise them enough.

Good service and the delivery driver was most helpful too. I have found that there was a high percentage of small logs
that burn too quickly. Otherwise all ok.

A faultless experience
10 bags of smokeless fuel were stacked neatly in my back porch as per my instructions and on the day specified with good communication throughout the ordering and delivery process.I really can’t fault this company especially the driver bearing in mind that I live in a particularly gnarly area to get to.I wouldn’t use anyone else.

18 months of deliveries - Still getting it very right.
I have been using this company to supply logs for our woodburner for the last 18 months. The first delivery we had was on time, dry and exactly what we wanted - at a reasonable price. The delivery method they use has constantly got better, the logs were wrapped to the extent that the bad weather they were sat in did not get them wet and the wood was of good quality. I have always found them very approachable and whoever I speak to can resolve any questions quickly without issues.

Logs were fine, delivery poor
Logs were fine, delivery poor. Driver never turned up on the day (i booked the day over a week in advance) and got a hurried call at circa 5.30pm on day to say sorry. Next day driver turns up and in his rush manages to run the palate truck complete with logs straight off the back of the lorry misjudging the speed. Glad he wasn’t injured, nor me and fortunately no cars behind to be damaged by the falling palate truck and logs!!
