We have bought a terraced house through LokalBolig Taastrup, and are first-time buyers. Seems the team is doing a great job, and have good communication throughout. However, we especially have extra praise for Patrick Aagaard, who really listened to our wishes, possibilities and based on that he organized a very pleasant day where he showed us several houses until we found our new home, which we will take over in a few months. Taking into consideration he is also new in this industry, we were amazed by the professionalism and level of collaboration and communication he put into the process. Our warmest recommendations and thanks go to Patrick from a very happy couple of new owners of a lovely home! 🙂

Remi from LokalBolig showed us (potential buyers) an apartmant in Taastrup. It was very professional showing, he was prepared with detailed information, and believe me, we had many questions. He was honest about possible future changes around the block, and very helpful to solve our case to buy the apartmant. Which was successful. Lokal Bolig team was quick and helpful also. We can just highly recommend them, we had a great support and experience with them.

Me and my wife were looking to buy an apartment as our first experience and we found one apartment from LokalBolig. We arranged a meeting to see the apartment with Niclas Kølle Olsen, who was very professional and explained us everything about the apartment very well. He guided us through the whole process and helped us in every steps where necessary. The most important thing was that we do not speak Danish and he had no hesitation to assist us in English. Now that we have already moved into our new home and we are very happy, all thanks to Niclas and LokalBolig. I recommend it to other people who are looking to buy a home in Denmark.

We worked with Lokalbolig Taastrup twice now, once for buying our house, and once for selling it. The broker, Remi, is always a pleasure to interact with. Remi quickly understood our preferences in houses and generally was on top of things. His reasonings for pricing one way or another are grounded, and during viewings he's definitely one of the more informative brokers.

In addition to his services related to our own house, he also assisted us with bidding for a new one, which was much appreciated.

Too expensive realestate.
We had to pay 150% more in fee/provsion then we had agreed upon before the sale of our flat.
They took 93.000 kr in fees for selling a flat that is sold for around 1.700.000 kr. Way too expensive.

We found the agent Christoffer Kielgast has been very helpful!

We are overseas buyers and we need to have a lot of additional information and assistance to search and help for getting a good property.

Christoffer has been very efficient and patient to assist us. He is the best estate sales agent we have ever met. We highly recommend him to any potential buyers.

We used LokalBolig Østerbro to advise us in purchasing an apartment. We are non-native Danish speakers and Benjamin Hansen assisted us through a long process of negotiations and explained everything thoroughly in English throughout.

it was nice co-operation for the first time but we saw the door handle was not working and the broker told us the seller will fix the door handle before we take over the apartment.When we took over the apartment we found that the door handle was not fixed,unfortunately the broker whom we were dealing with was not present at the very first day rather it was his/her colleague and we asked him/her about the door handle he/she said we do not deal it and went out.And we tried to mail them sadly we got answer that they do not deal with this.later the seller told me that the door handle can not be fixed either because he knew that it can not be fixed in one way they had given wrong information to us that they will fix the handle which is not possible and need to be replaced the door which is obviously very very sad part of the deal.
