I鈥檓 not very good online but each time I phone I鈥檓 able to speak to someone who is helpful, polite and informative.
It鈥檚 so nice getting my milk in bottles again and it tastes so good. My deliveries are both on time and correct, I would thoroughly recommend this service to anyone thinking of having goods delivered to your door step

So reliable. We鈥檙e a rural village location experiencing bad ice and snow yet McQueens haven鈥檛 failed to deliver.
Also, I don鈥檛 know why but the milk is so much nicer than any you can buy at the supermarket.
And, the fact there鈥檚 no nasty additives given to the cows to stop them farting is also reassuring (not something I鈥檇 ever thought I鈥檇 have to write!).

Reliable and quiet deliveries. The oat milk that I have delivered is good in my oat porridge and tea, along with the orange juice and eggs - glass bottles as well. Good old fashioned milk deliveries and good to know they're keeping up with the times and offering a none-dairy milk option for those with lactose intolerance or who prefer none-dairy for animal welfare reasons.

Milk is perfect so much better than horrible shop and supermarket milk and you do not use bovare which is also why I moved to mcqueens.
Deliveries are always great even in the terrible weather we just had.

Ive just joined my order was a little mixed up wrong flavoured milk shake was delivered I emailed them as I didn't know if they would deliver it wrong again would just be a waste of money an milk shake really but they straight away issued a refund an milk an milkshakes is always correct an delivered on time, chocolate an strawberry milk shakes are so tasty 馃構 we love them! Milkman/woman is so quite I was up and didn't even here them deliver my milk my dogs didn't even bark which is surprising! Fresh tasty milk love it thankyou mcqueens happy customer here 馃榾

Have been getting deliveries for around a month now and can't fault at all. Made a change to my order and there were no issues with either the delivery or change in payment. Yes its a bit more expensive than the supermarket but worth it to know its bovaer free and also outside your front door waiting for you when you get up!

I entered my postcode on your website to check if you delivered to my area. As it said you do deliver I set up an account, entered all my details, including bank details. You took the payment from my account and then emailed me 3 days later to inform me you DO NOT DELIVER TO MY AREA, 3 days later you refunded my payment. There seems to be problems with communication within your company because today, 3 weeks later you want me to review the service you provided.

Prompt deliveries and I love the flexibility of changing order weekly depending on my families needs. My family love the taste & quality of the organic milk & orange juice . I had one issue of an incorrect delivery and was resolved promptly.I would recommend and the milk tastes great!

Since Bovear became forced upon us. McQueen's Dairies have been a life saver. None of their milk contains Bovear. They are versatile, so you can change your order whenever you want, pause it, and even add holidays. You get the option to pay via direct debit or PayPal.
Their milk is lovely and tasty, and their double cream is delicious.
And it's all delivered free! So no more running to the shops for milk.

Fantastic company. Even in the adverse weather conditions we have had they delivered as soon as possible. The quality is excellent and it is so good to have milk in glass bottles avoiding the microplastics. Good value for money also

Was very happy with our order and actually increased our order as I'd underestimated how much milk we would need. But then we received the wrong order nearly a week ago and ive emailed the company twice but have not had a reply. I'll be cancelling if we get the wrong order again tomorrow as ive already had to go out and buy more milk.

Just started to get deliveries from McQueen鈥檚. Going well so far. I had to alter my order and it was easily done but was not altered immediately. It was not a problem. I think if I was going on holiday I might have to give more of an advance notification time wise.

Had semi skimmed milk delivered and we needed whole milk. Customer service team immediately offered a refund on the milk and added notes to the account to ensure they deliver whole milk only in the future. I didn鈥檛 ask for the refund at all as we had the milk but so impressed with the team for their service and ensuring all details and notes needed were recorded on the system. Great example of service right!!

Great company to deal with. Easy ordering system online and received a phone call the very next day from Darren who asked if we received our order ok and if we were happy with it. Wonderful service and great prices too. Milk is far far better than supermarket bought stuff. Highly recommend A+++++

Top quality organic milk in glass bottles and cream to my door twice a week. Big up to those milkmen/women who are out in the middle of the night to deliver it in all weather. Very Important to support our local farmers right now. Quality produce and service. Would recommend.

Be careful about this company, their business model is quite questionable. A guy turned up at my door asking if i wanted to try a milk bottle for free from them, with no commitment at all. I highlighted to the guy that we don't drink a lot of milk, but if there is no commitment, why not, and I agreed to try it with no further commitment. They then delivered the bottle two weeks later, which was during christmas time when I was away. Since then they delivered every week, and I never even got to try it as I was away. Now they are asking for my money for all those deliveries, when I never committed to them. This is completely illegit. What an unethical company!

My initial order intent. Then cancelled the lot on me, without one delivery saying they didnt deliver to my area? I think they are just drumming up sales, then going to local providers to sell on delivery opportunities and when they find no take up from a local one, just walk away.

Such a shame! Made my first order, didn鈥檛 come the following week, couldn鈥檛 log in to see any of my orders so had to call them, they said that the website log in was down. When I finally received my order the eggs were damaged and also paid for orange juice but that was missing and I鈥檝e been charged. I have sent them an email to complain and had no response in over a week. I don鈥檛 mind paying for a service but their service is very poor!

I started using McQueens a few weeks ago and it鈥檚 was so simple to set up. I鈥檝e been on my account a few times since and amended my order to make sure I receive the correct amount for my week ahead. The delivery is always there early, even with the recent weather conditions.
