Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I mistakenly provided an old delivery address which I no longer have access to.

I simply emailed customer service and they made sure the warehouse team was aware of the issue. Within a few hours, they retrieved the package and sent it to my new address.

I'd highly recommend them!

Top class product. Good price

Straightforward ordering of item normally only available in USA. But very reasonably priced for uk. Delivery was good. Will be happy to order again from Megamac.

Rubbish

Product still says preparing to dispatch even though they have sent it. It has still not arrived. Communication is awful and cannot track on Royal Mail. Will not be ordering from them again.

20 minutes from order to delivery…

20 minutes from order to delivery message. This sets a new record for my online shopping experience. Great.

Only the huge box was a bit unnecessary for my cell phone case. But that can certainly be optimized.

Perfect Service

I purchased an OWC 1M2 8TB drive which was a special order item. This was sent within the quoted timeframe and was exactly what I needed.

What really impressed me about MegaMac was the fantastic service received from Aziza. Nothing was too much trouble, whether it was a technical question, lead time enquiry or order status query. All enquiries were answered quickly and in a friendly and very helpful manner.

I'm 100% happy with my shopping experience and I will definitely use them next time I need an OWC product.

Excellent communication.

I ordered an OWC 1TB Aura Pro X2 Gen4 NVMe SSD Upgrade from MegaMac. The original order was no longer manufactured, so they offered this replacement and it works a treat, really fast. However, it was the excellent communication by Aziza to keep me updated on the progress which impressed me. A really helpful professional company, I'll use them again.

MegaMac stands for Quality Service.

Prior to my purchase I contacted the Customer Care Department many times. They was always happy to help with my enquiries. Very helpful & polite. Once I ordered my items the delivery was fast, all items were package well. Thank you for a great service. Very competitive prices. Highly recommended.

When the only possible negative is that…

When the only possible negative is that the product came way faster than you expected and you nearly weren’t in, you know you’ve had a five star buying experience. Great range of products and clear info not sales guff, excellent pricing, clean, flawlessly functional website, no ticking time bomb nonsense when you have to overnight an order on the payment page because you’re new card hangs up. Yeah pretty much perfect, straight to being my default peripherals and supplies site. Just sort out the delivery text alert 👌�

As always, the best customer service

As always, the best customer service available! I had some technical questions which were answered quickly and accurately helping me make my decision on a recent purchase. This was followed up by regular updates on delivery (it was a back order item), and finally a thank you! Aziza was the person I dealt with and I will be personally asking for her evertime I deal with Megamac again. Outstanding, polite, friendly and expert! Thank you.

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service delivered by real humans. I ordered an OWC HDD enclosure but (stupidly) didn't realise it was on back order. I phoned one of the customer care agents who immediately located my order and could reassure me that new stock would be arriving shortly. I was then kept up to date via email every step of the way until my item arrived shortly afterwards. Bravo.

Best price and fast delivery on OWC dock

I wanted an OWC thunderbolt dock and on searching, Megamac showed up in the Google shopping results. I’d never heard of them and they were about £60 cheaper than the Amazon ‘sale’ price, so I was sceptical. Checked around, then ordered, and the item arrived promptly in perfect condition, brand new, next day via DPD (for £4 more). It had a UK power supply BTW. I contacted their customer support too and received a fast response. Extremely pleased and will shop with them again for anything Mac related.

Excellent customer service

I bought a Nomad Rugged AirTag cover from Megamac, which started dropping my AirTag a week after I got it.

I let Megamac know and Josephine returned to my email the next day, offering to replace it with a new unit. When I said I didn’t want to get another Nomad cover (which unfortunately was the only brand they had), they refunded me the full amount.

I like companies who stand by the products they sell and stay fair to their customers even after a purchase is made. From now on, I’ll be checking their stock fist when I need something.

All Round Positive Buying Experience

The buying process was smooth, on a well laid out website. Ordered on a Wednesday, delivered Friday morning. Packaging was good, with bubble wrap protecting the Nomad watch strap I ordered. Megamac had far more straps to choose from than other online sources, including the big A. I’m happy and would definitely use them again.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, products and pricing. I purchased a 3.5" hard drive enclosure, & was not happy with the performance (my own choice, not due to quality of the product), so bought an NVME enclosure.
Megamac agreed to take back the first purchase, sent me a pre-paid Royal Mail barcode to send from my local depot, and then refunded me the full amount.
NVME is flying!

I wouldn’t hesitate to use Megamac. again. Josephine should be singled out for praise. Brilliant customer service throughout a difficult transaction. The Nomad watch strap was defective (an issue with Nomad, not Megamac). Josephine’s communication was fantastic and a new strap was sent out very quickly. Refreshing to see a company giving such good service

I ordered an OWC 1TB 6G SSD and HDD DIY…

I ordered an OWC 1TB 6G SSD and HDD DIY Bundle Kit (for all 2011 iMacs) to replace a hard drive that had failed. It was discounted and about £35 cheaper than elsewhere. I paid for next day delivery. It was delivered next day as promised. The OWC package and online video fitting instructions made it easy to fit and my iMac is now back to working perfectly. The only glitch was that the address on the delivery exceeded my house name and the courier wouldn't have been able to deliver it, but after an email from them I saw the courier delivering something to a neighbour and was able to sort that out with them. All in all I am very happy with this purchase and with MegaMac's service and with the SDD kit supplied.

Good customer service!

Similar experience to other customers. I ordered a product which I'd been waiting for for a while. Megamac appeared to be the only UK retailer. After ordering, it turned out they were having stock issues due to supplier shortages. Whilst annoying, it didn't really affect me on this occasion fortunately. Megamac did a very good job of keeping me regularly updated with the process. I didn't have to check in with themL they always updated me. And eventually it did turn up. The item was competitively priced too. Thanks!

Very happy customer
