Helped Ease a Very Stressful Situation

Morgan Clark took what could have been a very stressful situation (a car drove into one of my rental properties,) and made is as seamless and stress-free as possible. I was very happy with the settlement that got for me.

Highly recommend Morgan & Clark

I was absolutely devastated to see my house destroyed due to a burst water pipe and was struggling to get a meaningful response from insurance company. That's when my friend recommended contacting Morgan & Clark loss assessor.
Morgan & Clark were quick in responding, and explained how they work, fees etc. I requested Mr Paul Taylor's services based on my friend's recommendation.

Mr Paul Taylor was extremely professional. He looked after my interest and ensured that I got a fair deal. He took the stress out of navigating an unfamiliar system on my own. Without his support, I don't think I would have been able to carry on with my job alongside managing the home repairs.
I cannot thank Mr Taylor enough for his support throughout the process. He helped me in every possible way with utmost empathy, patience, explaining every step needed to rebuilt our home.

Five star service from a five star company ~ managing our flood claim.

After our home was flooded over a year ago, our insurer and their loss adjuster seemed motivated by their own best interests, not ours. When Morgan Clark's Taunton team agreed to manage our claim a lot of the stress of the situation fell away. Not only did they have in depth expert knowledge of the processes by which large claims progress, but they were able to very patiently explain everything to us. Their responses to our emailed queries were always reassuringly prompt.
Morgan Clark appointed a surveyor to manage the strip-out and reinstatement works, and were instrumental in getting a contents removal, storage and drying company appointed when firms put forward by the loss adjuster either failed to show up or did not respond until weeks later. One of the team explained that attempting to manage our own claim without a loss assessor would be like going to court without representation by a barrister. We wholeheartedly agree!
We have found the Taunton team very pleasant to deal with throughout. They have been the silver lining to our cloud!

House fire

Last November we had a house fire, in the loft, while we were home. It was devastating. The next morning, we went to view the house, the damage, clear up the debris from the street and were approached by a representative of Morgan and Clarke and honestly, we had never heard of a loss assessor and thought it was dodgy and a scam. But the guy was lovely and left us to it. We were then approached by more loss assessor companies so did some research and decided to go with Morgan and Clarke because they are FCA approved and felt like a sensible option.

I would say me and my husband are capable people, we do a lot of renovation but the aftermath of the house fire felt too big. Admin-wise and build-wise. It was really helpful to have a team on your side who knows exactly what to expect from the insurers and how to navigate the world of loss adjusters.

I cannot begin to express my gratitude to Martin, Sarah and their entire team for helping us through this last year. We bought our house and used a mortgage broker - part of our mortgage condition was house insurance which the broker set up for us. Turned out we were under insurered - absolute nightmare.

Morgan and Clarke handled everything, resolved every issue, chased the insurers and their loss adjusters when they were dragging their feet, challenging the ridiculous requests of the loss adjuster and supported us throughout.

I simply cannot praise the team enough, I cannot express every tiny thing they did to provide us with reassurance but we would not have gotten through this last year nearly as well if we didn't hire Morgan and Clarke to help us.

I was recommended Pino Musso who works at Morgan Clark from a friend who had suffered a fire in his home.
After the initial meeting I didnt have to lift a finger. Pino kept me updated the entire time and everything has gone as planned, i am more than happy with the service and settlement. High recommended

Using an insurance assessor to deal with a major claim

It was a relief to have an agent to deal with my claim on my behalf. Being flooded out of my house for ten months was an ordeal and, never having needed to pursue an insurance claim before, the advice of an intermediary was of great assistance. I would have liked more contact with my assessor himself, but his PA was very helpful and my questions were answered promptly.

Flood in New Build Residential

Rang with a new enquiry; the helpful receptionist passed me to Alan who took the time to listen as to what had happened. He explained that the case was unlikely to fall within the remit of Morgan Clarke, but kindly passed me onto an alternative loss adjuster that might be able to assist. Alan’s professionalism and honesty is truly commendable and I’m grateful for his reassurances that things would be sorted. I was surprised that he even contacted the alternate loss adjuster before I had a chance to call them! Thank you, Alan. If only there were more companies operating like Morgan Clarke!

BI Claim

We engaged Morgan Clark to help us with a Covid Business Interruption claim.
Having been brushed off by our insurance broker Tony Clark agreed to review our policy to see if we had a valid claim.
The service we received from Tony was excellent. His communication with us through the process was superb and he was efficient and tenacious when dealing with the loss adjusters and forensic accountants.
He achieved a settlement of £30K and we are so grateful for his expertise and hard work.

We lost our beautiful home to a fire

We lost our beautiful home to a fire, the following morning we had a few loss adjusters at out burnt out door. Nathan was not pushy and was patient and respectful, we signed up and Martin Chapman took our case, What a blessing, his organisation skills and knowledge are second to none, his assistant Sarah was excellent, friendly and efficient. The whole team approachable and empathetic, I could not have got through this without them! I wouldn't hesitate to use their service again

I will never make a insurance claim by myself

I had a huge problem with a claim I have made on my insurance company covering building insurance. After 7 months of calls and stress, a quick google search solved the problem. I discovered Morgan Clark.
I contacted them straight away and got in touch with one of their advisors, a Mr Karl Brind. We went through everything together and even though they couldn’t take the case on because it was too small, he still helped me out and thanks his professional advice, I finally solved the issue. What a great company and professional team, especially Karl who’s knowledge and expertise was outstanding.
If I ever need to do a claim again I would not even hesitate to contact him immediately.

Excellent service Highly Recommend

From the start our dealing with Robert Godlonton were fantastic. He explained everything to us what the company did and left us to think things over. Our assessor Pino Musso was absolutely amazing, came out to see us when needed, was alway at the end of phone if I had any questions. He kept us informed at every stage with what was happening with our insurance claim by regular emails. Chased the insurance company all the time until settlement. Had never heard of using an external assessor previously but he helped every step of the way. I couldn’t have managed the outcome of our claim without the help of Pino and team. Tbh i was sceptical at first using one…

Tbh i was sceptical at first using one of these companies, but i was too busy with work to deal with it myself so i thought id give it a go.

Wow Fantastic company. Helped and kept informed from start to finish, no worries or stress about cost's or quotes or the insurance company taking pee out of me. Totally taken out of our hands.
Highly recommended I could not of dealt with an insurance company like they did. They definitely know what they are doing.

I was a little dubious about using a…

I was a little dubious about using a loss assessor - I'm good with a spreadsheet and can argue a case well. However, insurance companies are known to be less than fair in settling claims so I asked Morgan Clark for help. I'm so glad I did. I worked out that we were due £35k. After asking for accounts going back years the insurance company came back with an offer of £8k. We were never going to accept that - Morgan Clark managed to get a settlement of £54k - that covered their bill, and made me happy!

Morgan Clarke dealt my water leak claim very fast and the right way.
I was updated often for each and every move. They are experienced in handling the claim. They are very friendly and easy approachable people I would strongly recommend this loss adjuster to all don’t trust your insurance company Loss adjuster is on your side & they take all the stress away as they handle the full claim I didn’t even need to speak with my insurance company which cut out a-lot of the stress for me I Cant Thank Pino & Sarah enough… 5 STARS ⭐️

Minimal claim value

I found this company online. I contacted them regarding a leak underneath the kitchen sink area. I was asked to describe the damage which I did (albeit briefly) and was advised that as the claim appears to be below £20,000 it was too small for their company. No further information such as images or videos was requested. The free consultation lasted 3 minutes! Perhaps the company should clarify their minimum claim criterion on the website and make clear that the free consultation is a business development opportunity which will be cut very short if the claim isn’t worth their time. Very dissapointed. No value add whatsoever.

Regarding the value threshold; we do have to have a limit at times when our workload dictates to ensure our Assessors can give their clients the time and attention they need. As this limit changes and people often find it difficult to put a value on their claim (particularly at the outset) we do not tend to add any limitations on website. The staff at Morgan Clark came to our aid after a house fire, during as you can imagine a very stressful time they on our behalf went into action, all the way through a 10 month process they were helpful with great communication, without them we wouldn't have known where to start so we would recommend them to anyone.

Great service

We approached Morgan Clark to assist us with an insurance claim during Covid. Their service has been fantastic from the beginning. David Kelly and Sarah Lohan have been our main contacts and they have kept us updated at every stage. What was particularly reassuring that even when Morgan Clark was struggling to make headway with our insurance company, Sarah still regularly updated us with what was being done to move things forward.
