Excellent service (2nd time) A no brainer!!

This is the second time over the last several years we have used this service. On both occasions the support, guidance and outcome was exceptional. I would highly recommend that anyone who needs to make a major claim on their buildings or contents insurance contacts Morgan Clark first. Get the professionals to talk to the professionals on your behalf. The ultimate settlement will easily cover their fee.

Outstanding service -flood claim

Staff and contractors where knowledgeable and professional. Our property was repaired to the highest standard.
Their involvement actually speeded up our insurance claim and ensured that we were compensated in full.
Couldn’t recommend more highly. Don’t trust your insurance company’s loss adjuster without taking independent advice.

Outstanding service

The level of service and customer care received from the dedicated team at Morgan Clark was second to none. Martin and Pino pulled out all the stops to make sure that the settlement was fair and commensurate with the loss suffered and to be perfectly honest exceeded all our expectations. I would also like to thank Sarah, who was outstanding in making sure that we were fully informed at every step of the way, prompting us to provide the information, as necessary and generally helping us through some very stressful times during our claim with encouragement and kindness.

Professional and Friendly People

This is the first time I use Morgan Clark and I found them very professional especially David Kelly and Sara Logan who kept me informed and up to date with my claim despite the lockdown due to Covid 19. They are very polite, modest, friendly and approachable people and I strongly recommend them.

Major water leak in loft

While on holiday i hand a water leak in the loft which totally devastated my house from top to bottom.
Obviously the size of the claim was quite substantial and the rebuild would be quite a long process.
The loss adjusters appointed by my insurance company were not the best so i decided to appoint Morgan Clark to handle the claim.
I am so glad i did as this took the stress and time out of dealing with the claim. They handled the appointing of surveyors and contractors which made things easier as finding decent contractors is a bit of a lottery these days.
My loss assessor Ryan Field was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process and was always happy to talk to me about any queries i had and was always chasing the loss adjusters as they were not the fastest at responding to our issues. He made sure i got a fair amount for my contents claim and other bills i would not have thought about.
If you have a large claim let the professionals handle it for you - ie Morgan Clark.

House Fire

After a house fire in 2020, we were completely in the dark over where to go next. We were visited by a member of the Morgan Clarke team to offer theirs services.

As we had no experience of this, a friend had recommended Morgan Clarke, and we are very happy with the service they have provided.

They managed the whole claim, loaded with the insurers and put our mind at ease at all time.

We can not thank everyone at Morgan Clarke enough for the ease of the process, and are glad to be back home.

Best in the business

I have worked with Morgan Clark on more than one occasion. I truly believe customer satisfaction and providing all round exceptional service to the customer is their company ethos.

From the start of the process working with Sunny, Ryan and Beverley has been a delight. They kept me more than informed with progress, processed back office task diligently. A Huge special shout out to Ryan who has handled multiple claims on my behalf who continually perseveres and is relentless to obtain what is fair from the insurers, and is vital conduit between surveyors and contractors (who were equally very easy to work with and were meticulous with their fit and finish).

As a landlord I would not use any other company and would recommend Morgan Clark to anyone who has the unfortunate circumstance of suffering a loss. They really do take the stress away and provide a safe pair of hands that allows one to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Calling Morgan Clark was the best decision

I don’t know how we would have made a claim without Morgan Clark. Their extensive knowledge and support, guided us through a very difficult claim, which ultimately allowed our business to continue through the pandemic.

I had a large fire at a rental property…

I had a large fire at a rental property and a rep from Morgan Clark contacted me out of the blue to explain the services they could provide, at first it sounded too good to be true but after reading the reviews i decided to appoint them to manage my claim. They have been absolutely amazing every step of the way leaving me to get on with my work and keeping me informed every step of the way. They are professional and efficient and im so glad i appointed Morgan Clark to manage my claim, 5 * service all the way!!!

Brilliant, professional service.

Having never had to deal with anything like this before, I found it daunting to say the least. The whole process was handled for me, and I was kept up to date with progress and reassured when I thought things were not going well.
I'm certain that I would not have had the outcome I did without the hard work and diligence from Martin, who I felt really went 'the extra mile' for me; he even secured compensation from the insurance company for me, due to the fact that they had dragged their feet and taken a ridiculously long time to bring things to a conclusion.

Excellent service from Morgan Clark…

Excellent service from Morgan Clark throughout our whole claim process. We felt like they were understanding and empathetic of our situation. Excellent communication also throughout, especially from Pino who was always available for contact. We always felt like we got the best advice from Pino with regards to both our buildings and contents claim. We felt a lot more informed and in control of our insurance claim once we appointed Morgan Clark as the Insurance company's appointed Loss Adjustors were terrible to deal with.

Transformed a nightmare into a pleasure and with no fees to pay - highly recommended.

A very professional company who transformed our nightmare situation when a relative's house was seriously damaged by fire into a pleasure. They managed all aspects of the house reconstruction, including appointing builders, surveyors and structural engineers, dealt efficiently with all parties including the insurance company's loss adjustors which resulted in a very high standard reconstruction. The whole process was a stress free process and with no fees to pay Morgan Clark. I highly recommend them.

Great service!!

We found ourselves in a position of having to make a claim, a loss adjuster attended from the insurers with an offer being made shortly afterwards.

Being a loss adjuster myself, I knew this offer was a fraction of what the claim amounted too.

Due to not having the time to manage the claim myself or argue with insurers, we approached Martin Chapman from Morgan Clarke to ask for his assistance.

After taking the claim on, I am happy to report that the claim was dealt with successfully utilising Morgan Clarkes contractors and suppliers, this saved so much of my time with the claim being concluded fairly and quickly.

Hopefully I won't find myself in that position again but if I do, my first call will be to Morgan Clarke.

Morgan Clark - don’t hesitate to appoint them for insurance claims

Can’t praise the team at Morgan Clark highly enough. Initially we met Dan who was so helpful the day after the fire when we were faced with a total loss & didn’t know where to turn. Our loss assessor Pino was with us from the beginning & always available to help & reassure us when we didn’t understand something, raised concerns or just wanted advice. The communication throughout the process was great & we felt like they cared which is so important. To lose your home & all your belongings in a house fire is the most devastating experience with emotions up & down but no matter what the question was they were always there to support which is invaluable. The whole process was aimed towards helping us & the contractor selected to do the work was incredible. Andrew is a small business but his company Scotia Joinery is a credit to him. He was faced with a huge amount of work from the start but he treated it like his own home & respected us throughout. The standard of the work is amazing, he uses the best contractors & that shows in the finished product. We wouldn’t have known where to start but the assurance of trusted tradesmen is all down to the great network that Morgan Clark use. They put the right people on the right project which shows their commitment to doing the very best for their clients. Thank you all so much for giving us our life back you are all so professional but keeping the personal touch too which is a rare commodity in business.

Fire restoration

After a serious fire at my home. I employed Morgan Clarke. Bedfords surveyors and Response and Restore to manage the process and undertake the Remedial work.
I found all the companies and individuals involved to be professional and effective. The work was carried out to a very high standard.

We had the misfortune of having a…

We had the misfortune of having a serious fire in our house last year, your first reaction is to think how am I going to deal with this, am I adequately insured, It will take forever to sort out and I’ll be out of my depth haggling with insurance people.
Then I met Paul from Morgan Clark, he put my mind at rest and introduced me to Martin Chapman. Martin and his Team then took control, sorted us out with temporary accommodation, sorted all the insurance side of the claim and then the rebuild of our house
Morgan Clark are like a middle man between you and your insurance, they involved me every step of the way, I really don’t know what I would have done without them, they were brilliant and I now have a lovely new home
If you are unfortunate enough to find yourself in my position, get in touch with Morgan Clark, it will be the best phone call you ever make
