Truly excellent, cannot recommended highly enough

We cannot recommend Morgan Clark highly enough, the service they provide in often devastating circumstances is absolutely first class. When we encountered resistance from our insurers after significant water damage, we contacted Morgan Clark, who instantly responded and started to take control of a very distressing situation. Their support, professionalism and expertise in dealing with the damage and the insurers ensured that the claim was successful and the subsequent restoration works completed to the highest standard. Martin Chapman who handled everything for us, was an absolute superstar from start to finish. Martin's experience in handling all aspects of the process end to end was greatly appreciated as he navigated the often complex matters with all the parties involved. Martin was always on hand to answer any queries, deal with any concerns or issues arising and dealt with us with kindness and patience whilst also handling the insurers robustly and deftly. I cannot overstate just how important Martin and the Morgan Clark team were to reaching a successful conclusion and we are in no doubt that without their expert help things would have been very different. The contractors (JNS) who carried out the restoration works were absolutely excellent and the standard of their work is of the highest quality and my wife and I are delighted with the finish and the overall outcome. I would not hesitate to recommend Martin personally and Morgan Clark to anyone considering using their services plus JNS, they are all first class and have our eternal thanks for everything that they have done for us.

The service provided by Morgan Clarke was second to none

We had a house fire in February 2023 which is right up there as possibly one of the worst things that can happen to you and your family when your home and security is taken away from you and damaged by a fire.
I was out of my mind not knowing what was going to happen, not knowing if my insurance policy had the right level of cover and quite frankly my confidence with my insurance company was rock bottom. I'd contacted them at 17:30 on a Friday evening to let them know my house was on fire and they responded by asking me to call back the following Monday because my call was classed as 'out of hours' and there was nothing they could do to help until then. We had no where to stay, our family home was destroyed by fire and all they could do was ask me to call back the following Monday.
Luckily for us a representative from Morgan Clarke contacted us the following day to offer advice and assistance. When Nathan arrived at the house the morning after the fire we were all completely devasted and still in shock. At the point the doorbell went, I had my head in my hands trying to decipher my policy to figure out what to do next after being fobbed off by the insurance company the previous night. Nathan's humility and compassion from that point forward allowed me and my husband to put our trust in him and the services that were being offered by Morgan Clarke. It wasn't a sales pitch, he genuinely wanted to help us as it was easy to see we were lost with the events that had happened in the previous 24 hours and didn't know what to do.
From start to finish the support, guidance and advice that was provided by Martin and the team at Morgan Clarke was quite simply second to none. They completely took the stress away from me and my family and handled the insurance claim from start to finish. I didn't have to deal with my insurance company again after the initial call, which was a relief after how they'd made me and my family feel when contacting them on the night of the fire.
Neither me or my husband had heard of a loss assessor until this point, however after my experience of dealing with Morgan Clarke my recommendation to anyone in a similar position would always be to use a loss assessor due to their knowledge and experience of dealing with insurance claims and insurance companies. My recommendation is not only based on the handling of the claim with the insurance company but also the speed at which the claim was turned around with appointing structural engineers, surveyors and the contractors to carry out the repairs.
I can't thank the team at Morgan Clarke enough for the support they've given us over the last 9 months in making a very difficult situation much more easier.
