Fantastic quality product and impeccable service

I use both the Chichester and Guildford stores and the level of service from both is impeccable. The quality of the products is top notch and I am very happy with everything I’ve purchased. The staff give great advice and really go the extra mile.

My latest item is the Overton rectangular wall art. It was delivered via white glove delivery and the guy brought it in, unpacked it and made sure I was happy with the packaging and the item before he left. The customer interaction and communication is fantastic.

Packaged with care.

As my Blyton candles were out of stock, they were due to be delivered separately and there was no guarantee that one of them would make it before Christmas. Neptune kept me up to date regarding delivery dates and they even arrived early! You can see the care taken by the way they were packaged. I always appreciate the thankyou note, especiallly given that on the scale of purchases, this was relatively small. It is a nice touch.

Perfect lamp and at sale price

I'd spotted this lamp in the Neptune shop at Winchester and thought how great it would look at home.
Having spotted that it was on sale I purchased the lamp via the website and have been pleased with the service and the lamp is just perfect.

Hickstead horse and potted hydrangea

Neptune products I have ordered are of high quality. I ordered the hickstead horse...looks fab styled on a book and potted hydrangea....looks so realistic on my kitchen windersill. My previous order was the Ashcroft range and I would highly recommend!. Delivery is always on time and packaged to perfection.

A trip to Neptune Belfast is a lovely experience.

The staff in Neptune are always helpful and have good knowledge of the product.
I love Neptune furniture, bedding, paint and ornaments. Tableware is also beautiful and unique! I get great ideas from the layout of the shop as to how I can style my home.
I look forward to seeing new arrangements and designs in 2025. Thank you Neptune Belfast.

Excellent service from Tracey at…

Excellent service from Tracey at Neptune in Weybridge. Bought 4 lovely barstools and Tracey took it upon herself to have them delivered to the store so that we could pick them up before Christmas, rather than waiting for Neptune to deliver in January. Lovely store with a good personalised service.

Happy overall

The quality of the furniture, delivery, and setup were excellent. The only reason I scored it 4 stars is that when I made the order, I was given a delivery window that wasn't accurate, as the furniture arrived about a week late.

A big thank you to Neptune Farnham for being so helpful . I had a slight problem with my curtain , I phoned the store and I was helped immediately . It was just a broken hook ( my fault ) but great customer service deserves to be recognised . Immediately the team were helpful considerate and sorted my situation out . So thank you so much especially to Caroline who got my hooks sent out to me . My experience exceeded my expectations and I am most grateful so Thank you ,

Very helpful and friendly staff

Very helpful and friendly staff. I couldn’t purchase at the time in store but when I called a couple of weeks later to order over the phone the lady remembered me.

Delivery too long and poor communication

Delivery took too long and there was a lack of updates.
Chased several times via store design contact but that did not seem to speed it up, secure a firm delivery date or improve communication.
In the end after all must a month I had to get someone to house sit on Christmas Eve to receive the delivery. I had asked the customer service team the day before not to deliver it as I would not be home and they agreed they would cancel the order and stop the delivery but this clearly did not happen.

Neptune Chesham undertook the design…

Neptune Chesham undertook the design and installation of a kitchen, study and utility room and were excellent at every stage. They worked seamlessly with our expert builder/project manager Simon Smith of Plumbsmith, Harpenden. Thanks to Rebecca, Fiona, Missie, James and Anthony at Neptune. Great job all!

Neptune Guildford

Emmaleigh at Neptune Guildford store was so helpful, she went above and beyond to source some Christmas decorations for me, packaged them and sent them out. My tree looks amazing and I’m thrilled! Great British brand (but Made in China)

Excellent quality furniture built to last and lovely homeware, plus great customer service.

Just wish they would remove their manufacturing from China and any other communist, autocratic and western-hostile country. This applies to all UK retail brands. Yes, it means that prices would go up.

Caring and good value service

The lights in our Glazed Dresser failed due to a fault in the transformer after 8 years full time use. Neptune kindly and promptly supplied a replacement and then a member of their team came and changed the unit for us. He was most helpful and careful in his work, and they only charged for the replacement unit. Caring and good value service.

Fantastic help and support from Fiona…

Fantastic help and support from Fiona the Home Designer at the Weybridge store. I've ordered several furniture items and have been very happy with the service from all the team and the products. Most recently Fiona has guided me through choosing curtains and blinds for 3 rooms. Her expert help and support was invaluable, plus several phone calls and emails to ensure that I was totally happy with the final choices. I am delighted with the end result! Thanks so much!

Excellent company

Excellent company. Their showrooms are incredible, beautifully decorated and arranged and I always feel that I can take my time when I’m visiting. Bought Arbroath baskets which I use for my shoe cupboard and for wardrobe storage. Beautiful baskets that last. Packaging fully recyclable and well packed. Very happy.

delivery debacle , customer service

I ordered a cake stand as a Xmas gift , and was told it would be delivered between 16th and 22nd December . When it hadn’t arrived by the 23rd, I called Neptune and I spoke to a gentleman, who looked up the tracking for me and told me that there was a problem with dpd and he couldn’t do anything and he ‘hoped’ it would arrive before Xmas . I then tried to contact dpd , but to no avail. I then called Neptune back and I spoke to a really helpful lady called Larna. She got in touch with dpd and sorted the issue and my delivery arrived on Xmas Eve. Had I not rung back, my gift would not have arrived. I don’t see why , that when you buy a product from a shop, that they negate all responsibility for it once they hand it to couriers . I bought the item from Neptune not DPD. The first person was really unhelpful and really couldn’t case less. Thankyou larna , you were great .
