Outstanding Chair and Professional Service

Outstanding Chair – Osaki OS-Pro 4D DuoMax:
Due to chronic lower back pain, I decided to buy a massage chair. After extensive research, I selected the Osaki OS-Pro DuoMax massage chair. I can confidently say, it was the best decision to fix my back and improve my muscle movements. This chair has amazing features and helps my get back to my passion of playing golf and tennis. It has been a lifestyle changing experience. I would strongly recommend this massage chair.
Excellent Sales Experience:
The sales staff, particularly Daraius Variava, Sales and Service Manager, was extremely help in selecting the appropriate model of chair for my purpose. He patiently explained feature of various model and made my try them before selecting. No sales pressure, just a professional approach to satisfy my requirements. Thanks, Daraius.
Delivery & Setup
The delivery team also was excellent to carefully bring the heavy chair up the curved staircase. Lovpreet explained all the features again and made sure I was fully satisfied with the chair. The look away all packaging and left room in perfect condition. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Overall, it has been a great experience selecting, buying and regularly using the chair and observing positive results.

Bought the OS-3D Premier

Bought the OS-3D Premier, it helped my mom and wife relief their chronic back pain, worth every dollar. Was especially impressed with Mona, she arranged everything and made the purchase an awesome experience.

Chair is great except.

Chair is great, For someone who wants a massage chair but does not have the room this is it. It can replace a normal tv chair. Only one problem. the remote control. It is cheap plastic with no reference to the buttons. you have to turn on a light to use it. I can see it breaking. Why is it not wireless or a phone app. Too simple.
