I bought an awning and it arrived next day. I wanted to exchange it. No problem. I ordered the other awning, they collected the first, delivered the second and credited for the first - all within 4 days! The customer services team were helpful, polite and so very effective. I would most definitely buy from Outdoor World in the future

I had been looking for this item (or similar) which appeared to be out of stock on many sites. Easy to order, arrived quickly and within the time frame specified. I bought the Vango Sizzle Double Induction Hob for use with hook up although it’s smart enough for domestic use where space is an issue. Tried briefly at home and it works well. Wattage is clearly defined from low to high which will be useful as supply can vary on campsites. It looks smart, and feels substantial without being bulky. The storage bag is useful. I cannot comment on durability as only tested at home.

It’s the only awning I seen were you have a built in sleeping compartment,all other awnings you have to buy the sleeping compartment separately which puts the price up great product

Ordered Vango Beta 350XL from Outdoor World, had no issues with order/payment (via Klarna) delivered swiftly and arrived perfect condition, able pitch on my own. Then tried and tested in my back garden over last week, had no problems with the wet and windy Scottish summer. Fully recommend Outdoor world, loving my tent, no regrets 🤩, thank you x

Went to the NEC show to get an awning for our camper. David was really helpful, not only showing us different options but also taking the time to show how to attach it. Delivery was quick and arranged for a day of my choosing.

Absolutely outstanding service! Our awning got trashed in recent winds and given it was the teenager’s bedroom, we urgently needed another. Andrew went above and beyond to get one delivered to us in North Wales over the bank holiday weekend. Nothing was too much trouble for him and our holiday was saved by his kindness and efficiency. We will definitely be returning customers and won’t hesitate to recommend to anybody who asks (and probably those that don’t!). Thank you so much. Out-standing!

Great service. my main beam support on my awning suddenly burst whilst away in caravan with kids Friday morning ordered a new one at 11.32 am it arrived at my home address Saturday morning at 12.30 midday. Fortunately someone was coming to meet us for the bank holiday weekend and was able to pick up on the way which was handy considering the horrendous rain and wind. Excellent customer service provided by easy to order and pay on line, followed by communication updates when necessary. When items were delivered my initial reaction was the wrong items had been sent. I telephoned Outdoor World direct and was kindly informed that they recycle there boxes etc. I checked the boxes and all items ordered were delivered. Praise to Outdoor World direct for this Eco friendly service. Top marks.

Item purchased was dispatched quickly and arrived well packaged. A query was replied to within hours (outside normal working hours) and communications were very good.

Bought a seconds £1200 drive away tent from them for half price massive bargain. Got some extras thrown in but one of the air beams had a slow puncture. They contacted Coleman and sent me a replacement fast. Great communication throughout. Highly recommend.

Ordered an expensive awning from the, unfortunately there was a mix up in dispatch and I received a different item. I called and they took immediate ownership, organised a courier to deliver the correct item and collected the incorrect.

Mistakes & errors do happen sometimes, it's how you deal with them that really matters.

Slow dispatch and even slower delivery (FedEx).

Ordered an air beam on 4th (evening) with 2 day delivery, so expected it to be sent on 5th or 6th, but wasn't shipped until 8th, then FedEx took until 13th to deliver. Missed the date I needed it by.
