Account Closed, But Promptly Restored with Exceptional Customer Care

My Payoneer account was closed because I missed a document request months ago. After contacting support and providing the required document, my account was instantly restored. Since then, everything has been working fine. The issue was resolved quickly once I provided the necessary info.

My Seamless Payment Experience with Payoneer

I am a correspondent for various digital platforms based in London and Paris, and I receive regular payments for my contributions. However, I used to face challenges managing and accessing my payments easily.

Thanks to Payoneer, I can now receive my funds every week and either keep them in my account or withdraw them to my local bank. Additionally, I often had to rely on friends with credit cards to pay for my online purchases and subscriptions. But now, with Payoneer, I have my own virtual card that allows me to pay for any online service seamlessly.

In just a few weeks, I’ve already made two transactions and collected payments twice. This has been a new and fascinating experience for me, and I would highly recommend Payoneer to my friends and network.

Best, Safe and Secure.

I have been using Payoneer since 2018. They never disappointed. If ever had a problem, they have resolve it and they know very well how to keep customers happy. I would say, Payoneer is best experience until now.

Customer support is helpful

the website automatic respponses didn't help at all,it even made things worse for me.So when I emailed them directly they were helpful adn had my satisfaction in mind.

Trying to get a payment almost a month!

Trying to get a payment cleared for almost a month. Super patient with the customer service team, provided all documentation, waited for each "3 business days" prompt. After the given timeframe, they have never reached out with an update. Each time I had to call. This matter is ongoing and truly pissing me off. Mine you I've been banking with them for almost 5 years. Clearly they don't care about people, there bills, etc.

Why give a timeframe and never follow through on it or have the decency to reach out to apologize or clarify????!! Unacceptable! I need my money and I am starting to look into a better alternative to do business online.

Paying employees or freelancers using…

Paying employees or freelancers using this service is the most frustrating, inefficient, and time-wasting experience. It took over 30 minutes—never again.

The first payment works fine during registration, but it all falls apart the second time. Signing in requires a password, then solving a CAPTCHA (where you’ll waste time picking out lights and buses from images), followed by an email verification code. After entering that code, it sends another code to your phone—which never arrives.

Trying to contact support is another nightmare. There’s no clear "ticket" option, and after finally reaching customer care, they’ll suggest clearing your cache. Even after doing that, the issue persists. Avoid at all costs.

The Payoneer I know

Payoneer has been great and different in their own way. Easy to create bank accounts for customers when needed and high volume transaction amount per month. Most importantly, able to transfer foreign currency to respective local account within one business day. I can say they are good base on the above reasons but their recent behaviour of limiting account with business fund during verification is not good for business.

bad customer service and application

my payoneer account was gone without explanation.

it all started when I couldn't log in because I forgot my password, and the hidden question that had to be answered was when my wedding date was

I don't know where that question came from, even though all this time my status is single, never married
I have explained, send my id card and passport. and complained via email but they didn't give me an answer back and until today my account can't be logged in

STUPID NEXT BUTTON DURING REGISTRATION

When I hit Next after I entered the sms OTP during registration, it does not do anything. I'm just stuck in the same page. This is stupid and frustrating. I tried using a VPN, clearing my chache, incognito mode, registration on mobile. And guess what, still the same problem everywhere I go.

Terrible online payment system

Terrible online payment system, you can't use it anywhere and it costs too much. After multiple attempts of trying to spend the money put on the account, I decided to pay the 15$ withdrawal fee.
