I recommend these highly not just for service but for price as well.
I had a Iphone 11 that had frozen during an update i had tried everything over several days to sort it but had no luck , i took it to these in the morning and with an hour or so it was fixed and i was able use it again 5* and they didn't charge the earth to do it

Absolutely wonderful service! This business made the entire process of getting a repair so easy from start to finish! When I didn't know what fix would work for my broken phone the lovely email rep was very kind and patient in advising me, and because of their mail-in service it could all be completed with very little hastle. It saved some very important data I was worried may have been lost forever that I'd been fretting over for an entire week virtually overnight. I'll definitely be remembering them for the future and reccomending them to friends!

Absolutely over the moon that I sent my pixel 7 to Phone Bar, speedy service and my phone is back up and running again. Honestly one happy lady. Would happily send my phone there in the future if anything happens again(hopefully not) At first I was worried because it was so far away from where I live, but the simple postage and packaging and free return was so easy. Absolutely first class service! Sent phone on a friday evening, was returned fully fixed on tuesday! Quickest service humanly possible! Went for these guys as they offered credit but certainly no compromise on service! So cheapest outlay and 5* repair! Fingers crossed wont need them again but boyfriends a clumsy c**t!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Everyone was so friendly and professional. I sent my iPad in for a full screen replacement. Very reasonable price and I had my iPad back looking brand new in under 48 hours! They even put a screen protector on for me before returning it. I couldn’t be happier with the service or the quality of the work.

They did a great job in repairing the screen as good as new! It was reasonably priced compared to getting a repair from Apple and the parts used were genuine Apple parts. The parts took a few days to arrive but they showed great support throughout the process keeping me updated and answering any queries.

My item isn't fixed yet but I have every confidence that it will be... It actually turned out to be a bigger problem than normal but the manager has kept me updated with regular e-mails and calls along with expected completion dates... The way they communicate just fills you with confidence, that and the fact that they've always gone above and beyond when I've used them in the past... I propper small business that puts the customer 1st :)

I'd dropped my iphone and smashed the front screen, initially emailed for a quote, in which the response was super quick and reasonable.
Went today to get it fixed and it was all completed within an hour, at the price quoted and with the bonus of a screen protector.
Super quick and efficient service, would use again!

I found these guys a great company to deal with. Quick delivery, Great customer service. When my order got returned to them because of a Royal mail screw up, they emailed right away and we arranged a re delivery, which turned up in just a couple of days, which is especially great because it was done over a weekend.

I order case and screen protector for my new phone. Case it’s really great �� but unfortunately screen glass protector looks different than what I seen on website. I thought it’s full screen protector (included dynamic island) but is not (have big gap between glass and case.)
Edit. I got right protection glass. Thank you. But on both packages it’s 14 pro but on one it’s 14/13/12 pro… it is my fault I so sorry. I didn’t install first glass so if u like I can send you back wrong one

I recently bought a case for my iPhone 14 max. It arrived promptly and appears to be a good quality. It’s well designed with slightly raised edges to protect the screen in the event of the phone being dropped. I can definitely recommend this company.
