What a fantastic company to deal with

What a fantastic company to deal with, they went on and above for us. After my son Chris ordered a telescope, ordered by mistake.
Royal Mail were being a royal pain when we tried to return the telescope and so the guys at Picstop organised the whole return and refund for us. I would highly recommend this company.

Surprisingly good value

i had bought some cf cards off amazon and they all broke within 1 day and I had got dome offers from Picstop but never acted on them before so I thought why not try them.
I ordered 3 sandisk 64gb cf cards and got them at a good price of £130 for them plus postage, usually things take ages to get here but my cards were here within 2 days and allowed to go do my photo shoot .

I would so buy from these folks again.

The telescope was perfect, the delivery wasn't

The telescope was perfect. No issues there. The carrier wasent as it was with dpd and they were pretty poor at reading the online notes and options left for them like leaving in a safe place or with a neighbour and instead kept on returning it back to their base which was quite frustrating

Apologies for any frustration caused by the courier, I understand they attempted delivery twice at your address, you then rearranged a successful delivery with a neighbour. Fortunately, the item arrived on time within the delivery estimate. We appreciate that there can be issues with couriers, especially in December, but on the whole we find DPD courier probably offer one of the most reliable & consistent services across the UK. Efficient and reasonably priced.

I have bought a couple of items recently from PicStop. Pricing was competitive and delivery very prompt. Not as big a range at the top end as some of the specialist astronomy site, but definitely worth a look.

Angel Bird 1T cfexpess card arrived…

Angel Bird 1T cfexpess card arrived quickly and securely packaged by PicStop which was a good job because the retail packaging isn’t sealed by Angel Bird. This is ridiculous and odd for a memory card especially with an rrp over £300 but they do come in a little plastic dust case. I’ve bought other cards from the range and they weren’t sealed either.
Fortunately, It worked as expected in my Z8.
An amazing saving from PicStop @ £198 and great service too. Double bonus!

It's true that all Angelbird memory card retail packaging only has a seal at one end of the box ! .. we've spoken to the brand about this. This customer's order was actually shipped directly from Angelbird themselves for us.

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service, delivery gas and efficient the only thing that let it down was the item I bought was a Christmas present for my husband and the box it was delivered in had in big letters what was in the box so he now knows what he is getting. Other than that great company.

As you can appreciate the box the telescope you ordered comes in is pretty large, as such it is not really possible for us to wrap something of this size, however, had we known in advance it was being shipped to the address where the recipient may see it, we could have perhaps disguised the labelling. The outer transit box only has the brand name and model numbers (no images) and it is not immediately obvious what is in the box.

The price and product is great

The price and product is great. Picstops response to getting the item posted quickly was also very good. Let down by Royal Mail. They took 6 days to deliver it. Previous deliveries have been excellent but clearly times are changing for the worse. Communication with Picstop excellent.

The reviewer has ordered many times with us, this order shipped on a 2-5 working day service, and arrived on the 5th working day. This was the first time this customer's delivery had not arrived within 2/3 using the same service with Royal Mail.

Outstanding customer service

Purchased a camera bag last year, Vanguard VEO ACTIVE 53 Trekking Backpack order came super quick, my partner loved it, there was an issue with the bag recently and we raised a warranty claim, Picstop got back to me very quickly and the part was replaced very quickly. The customer service was excellent from Joe, thank you so much for all your help. Other companies need to offer customer service like these guys do! Well done.

Purchased a Celestron DX6 for a very…

Purchased a Celestron DX6 for a very good price. I unpacked it and it was missing a very small screw - I contacted Gary at Picstop who got back to me within minutes to rectify, contacting Celestron who immediately sent out the replacement part to me.
All sorted within an hour.
So, amazing customer service from both Picstop and Celestron.
I’ll use Picstop again when I buy some new lenses for my telescope.
Also worth mentioning that I heard of them through the Sky at Night website who recommended the DX6 and had a link to Picstop on their site so they obviously have a good reputation.
Highly recommended.

Picstop experience

I was looking for an online shop that sold flash storage, and I have found it in Picstop.

There are many places online that sell these items, but you have to be careful as there are unfortunately many counterfeit copies of said storage that are markedly inferior. I've learnt not to purchase USB flash drives through Ebay, and even Amazon third-party sellers as they have a tendency to be counterfeit items.

I performed research, and found Picstop are a genuine seller of Sandisk Usb's. The prices are good, and the delivery was prompt. Plus, there is a point loyalty system for registered members, which comes in handy.

I have bookmarked Picstop for any future flash storage.

Highly recommended.

Totally Brilliant

I needed a new motor control board for my telescope. Calling around was frustrating and wish I had known to call PicStop first! From others I was getting a range of help from barely any help at all to "email us" even though I was on the phone to them right there, continuing through to very hyped up price quotes. Called PicStop and literally within a few minutes things were good. Paul at PicStop simply understood and sorted it for a new control board to be on the way and considering the part isn't a common part and not usually stocked, I was even more happy with the time it took to arrive and of course, the price... very reasonable. The part arrived, I installed it and the telescope is alive again. Top drawer service from PicStop.

Customer service like going to a real life shop

PicStop supplied the camera bag I was looking for quickly and at the cheapest price. I subsequently changed my mind and returned the bag. The courier messed up the return but PicStop customer support were engaging, patient and helpful as I sorted the problem. Just like dealing with a photography shop round the corner. I will be using them again.
