Got exactly what I ordered and online experience was great and easy. The package took a little longer than I expected but did arrive. Both boxes containing the headlight bulbs were pretty smashed because they weren't wrapped in any bubble wrap or anything. They were shipped in a lightly padded envelope that allowed the small boxes to be smashed and dented. Hopefully the bulbs will work. Have not installed them yet.

It was my first order to start replacing all my Bulbs into my new ( s3c9nd Hand) Toyota Kluger 2010 Model, They arrived in the Morning 2 days later and Wow what an impact it makes to the lighting in the cabin and 150 % much Brighter than the old Standard warm lights, I Highly recommend *********** 100 %Honest, What a diffeence

Bulbs work fine, but coming from big manufacturers they will from any seller.
One set was incorrect fit for vehicle which was disappointing having used the reg plate check. This isn’t the real issue though. Why does it take 10 days to get bulbs sent out? When people order bulbs for vehicles we NEED the bulbs ASAP. If every other company can do it in 2 days why would we bother with powerbulbs??? I certainly won’t again.

Bulbs were perfect for my car and were at a very reasonable price, would have been 5 stars but they arrived in a standard Jiffy bag that was crushed in the post! The bulb boxes were also damaged, luckily they were still in working order. Did contact to complain, apparently passed on to the manager!

Quick dispatch and delivery. No disrespect to Power Bulbs but there are fake Osram bulbs on the market so checked authentication on Osram site and 100% genuine. I would use Power Bulbs again.
