Fully functional app but one issue.

Fully functional app packed with lots of features. Import mobile phone contacts, voicemail to your email, DND windows, etc. Good audio quality with no obvious delay. Only issue is I have been logged out twice without knowing and missed an important call. Possibly due to an app update from the Play Store. So remember to check after applying an update.

Distortion

Quality of audio signal is sometimes poor due to noisy signal/distortion. Phone supplier and broadband supplier each blame each other.

The best telephone call connection service company

Want to retain your land line no and connection after fibre install this is the best answer
Have retained our traditional phones and free unlimited uk calls all for only £6 per month
So professional and the patience of God in dealing with non tech users
Highly recommended

Save money and go with VOIP!

Premitel has saved my house hundreds in expensive phone taffifs. We only used the landline for cases where mobile wouldnt work and we were constanty harrasrd by sales calls.

Since primitel rather than paying £20 a month we are paying £6 a month and can filter all calls so only allowed numbers get through and those we dont know must provide their ne via a voice clip where we can either accept or decline.

The friendly support are quick, polite and always willing to help you with any problems or questions.

Please note we have this setup using a 4G+ Simcard broadband deal and whilst they dont recommend it, i can say we have had zero problems with all calls. The bandwith required to provide voip is under 2megs so as long as your internet is 10megs or more you will be fine!

Call quality is as good as if not clearer than landline calls and nobody knows the number they called is handled by VOIP.

YES!

Making a decision to dump the incumbent telecommunications provider for broadband & phone, Premitel provided hands-on, timely, detailed guidance re their cost-efficient call provision. Enabling me to confidently keep my tel. number with them via an IP phone, over an independent & separate Full Fibre acc. 30+ months I am significantly better off.

Steven killen at Premitel showed utmost patience with my ineptitude connecting onto premitel with my Starlink Wi-Fi , many e mails and calls whilst he patiently talked me through the process of connection and finally the joy of a £7.00 monthly bill instead of BTs 140.00 pm

The whole experience with this firm was…

The whole experience with this firm was near perfect from my first enquiry to the arrival and my installation of the phones (3xT73 handsets with base unit)... and the customer service/after sales support was equally outstanding. I never once had to listen to piped music but always dealt with the same person who responded consistently promptly and with clarity. It felt like entering a new world!

Stephen from Premitel talked me through…

Stephen from Premitel talked me through setting up three VoIP phones which were not supplied by them to use their network. When one of the configurations got corrupted a couple of months later they helped me find what was wrong and correct it. Their knowledge is extensive.

Really fantastic service

Really fantastic service. If there is a problem they answer the phone and it’s dealt with . Best feature is email saying you have a message or missed call . Would highly recommend it . What a relief to have said goodbye to BT

expert advise was given by Stephen Killen who handled everything from the purchase to the set up. I have found the operation of the satellite phone excellent and very cost effective. I would recommend the services of Premitel to anyone.

Responsive, dynamic and caring.

Not only is the phone call quality of a much higher standard, but the customer service is far beyond anything I had expected or experienced. Very helpful, communicative, dynamic and resourceful. I am always thankful to have found them and will continue to recommend them.

Trustworthy, helpful company - highly recommended

This is an excellent company with personal customer service. The support they provide is great and I was all sorted with my new Voip phone with no problems. The price is excellent as well, at just £6 a month for my phone and all calls.

Premitel came to my rescue

Premitel came to my rescue when we switched to plusnet and there was no provision for a VOIP phone. They handled it well and at reasonable cost and continue to make it work.
