Richard had taken my phone call and…

Richard had taken my phone call and left a message to say it was okay to return and exchange an unwanted Christmas gift. He referenced the call, checked the online receipt and I exchanged the spice rack for a steamer and pan - which I have since used and am delighted with! Excellent customer service and a returning customer gained! Thank you 😊

I regularly purchase from ProCook…

I regularly purchase from ProCook because I know that I am purchasing quality, well made and long lasting items.
I have just recently purchased the Professional Stainless Steel Shallow Casserole Dish Lid 24cm 3.6L for my daughter as I have one and absolutely love it! It's the most versatile pan I have and it washes like new with each wash. My daughter always comments on it whenever she visits, so it was a gift for her new home.
Well done ProCook another excellent piece of kitchen equipment �

Best toaster I've had

Bought a four slice toaster & kettle, didn't realise how bad my last toaster was until I started using the proCook one. You can actually get a full slice of bread in it & it cooks evenly no more turning bread to toast both ends. The kettle is great, not much you can say regarding boiling water, overall a great buy �

A Perfect Replacement for My Old Set

I recently decided to replace my very old set of pots as age had taken its toll. I was initially concerned about finding a set that matched the quality I had grown accustomed to. However, after using the ProCook, all my worries were completely diminished.

The pots are solidly constructed and come in the perfect sizes for the main three I usually need. The handles stay cool to the touch, just as described, making them safe and easy to use.

I chose the non-coated version and have been pleasantly surprised that the food doesn’t stick. Additionally, the pots retain warmth for a long time, which I appreciate. Overall, the ProCook cookware has exceeded my expectations, offering a performance that rivals my old set.

Had to travel to Ashford to buy as…

Had to travel to Ashford to buy as ordered on Wednesday for next day delivery on line but by Friday night no delivery received!! Contacted customer services to be told warehouse problem and goods not dispatched!!! No email to advise of supposed problem or apology for non delivery so had to make 50 mile round trip to get my order!!! Very disappointing, crap service but store saved the day!

Very helpful and friendly

Great knowledge of products - knew what I was after even with my very basic description! ("two-handled choppy thing" - Mezzaluna) Helpful and informative about alternatives. One staff member went to get a boxed version of the Mortar and Pestle I chose as it was a 'display model'. All round friendly and helpful. Thank you Max and George.

Excellent no quibble customer service

I bought a set of the professional granite pans. After finding a problem with the bottom of the pan i had an online chat with customer services. They advised that they would send replacements and I received this within 4 days. It is unusual to get such good service these days and praise should be given when deserved, as this was. The pans look beautiful and perform great. I will certainly buy more.

I love my 24" shallow caserole dish

I love my 24" shallow caserole dish, i use it for so many dishes. It is so easy to clean and I have now bought one for our daughter.
The website is so easy to use. I have used it for a number of orders for myself and for gifts, particularly my daughter. All products are of very good quality, packaging is well considered, and all orders arrive safely within a few days.

Good quality products

Easy ordering, arrived quickly. Good quality baking trays - so far, anything burnt on has been removed easily without damage. Bought in sale so even more pleased with my purchase!

Broken lid

I broke the glass lid of my small saucepan a few years ago & have struggled to find a replacement, so Iam thrilled to find the one Pro Cook sells which is almost the same.

Christmas present got lost between…

Christmas present got lost between ProShop and DPD hub on 15 December. Chased and was told I’d get an update but nothing. Chased again and package arrived within 48 hours but had one of three items missing. Have eventually received missing item one month after ordering. Would never use company again

Not happy with one of your staff

The girl that was working wasn’t helpful we were waiting for her to give us information on the product and she said she had to check on the stock availability and never came back to us but she was working on the floor ignoring us. She assumed that we not going to buy anything. This is totally unacceptable. But thanks for the other staff that came and helped us he was very helpful.

Perfect shopping experience

The staff were extremely efficient, friendly and courteous, despite the store being exceptionally busy.

Fab pans

What a great experience.

I usually feel out of my depths in specialists shops such as here but this wasn’t so here. I was made to feel welcome even though I was dragging my husband and two son’s behind me. The staff were very friendly and help but not patronising. It felt like talking to a couple of friends. Lovely. Customer service as it should be.
I will be back as I spied future purchases as I exited with my new bread maker.

I was looking for an item that I could…

I was looking for an item that I could not find and said to my friend, I would visit one of the shops on the high street. One of the assistants overheard me and then magically found the item which after some discussion I purchased. The service received was 100% and I thank you. The staff in this shop are always so helpful and pleasant.
