The shop actually didn't have what i wanted, a cake turntable. However, the lady was very helpful and was very good at promoting a sale. I have bought from the shop before and the items have always been good quality.

You can’t get hold of customer service to answer my call. I waited for nearly 27 minutes, but was no answer.
I couldn’t redeem my 15%voucher at checkout. I was charged for delivery despite my order was £59.95.
They say free delivery for order over £60
I wouldn’t be using them again, You offered me the 15% voucher, so how could you say that I wasn’t eligible for the discount. It can’t be right, it was an enticement on your part to encourage me to place another order and when I did, there were no discount, its all about honesty and integrity.

Great choice of everything for my kitchen. Staff friendly and helpful and the store is well laid out and clean and tidy. I love popping in for a browse and always find something I need.

Had to travel to Ashford to buy as ordered on Wednesday for next day delivery on line but by Friday night no delivery received!! Contacted customer services to be told warehouse problem and goods not dispatched!!! No email to advise of supposed problem or apology for non delivery so had to make 50 mile round trip to get my order!!! Very disappointing, crap service but store saved the day!

Came into the store looking for a new set of pans and was struggling to make a choice as to which design was best. Spoke to a member of staff who was very knowledgeable. Told us about the different surfaces of each pan (granite, non-stick, stainless steel etc). Asked us about our cooking styles and preferences and if we had an induction hob/gas/electric etc and helped us make an informed decision. Very happy with our new pans and we were grateful for the advice received.
