Staff was very polite and helpful

Staff was very polite and helpful, soon had assistance wasn't waiting around. Advised and assisted me very well, was very helpful. When purchasing I was informed about the app which I didn't know about. Was lovely to be served and also assisted with my purchase.

We were looking for a new Knife block…

We were looking for a new Knife block with knives and also a cutlery set, a very nice Lady helped us by answering all our questions, She gave us useful tips & advice, we left very happy with our purchase's! The knives are great and look good in my kitchen :-)

The lady behind the counter was Brill

The lady behind the counter was absolutely most patient whilst I was musing overy final mix and match selection. Then lent us a trolley to carry our considerable purchases back to the Car.

The moment we walked into the shop, we were amazed at the choices
Finley was extremely helpful. giving advice
Another staff member helped my husband to the car as we purchased an awful lot!
The only item they didn't have was another small milk jug, we purchased the last one

Fab new cutlery

Bought our new cutlery in the new year sale. The staff at the Cannock outlet were really helpful looking for stock and advising us on styles. We have had many other kitchen items from here and it’s definitely the place to visit for quality kitchen goods.

Problem with card processing

Everything was fine till I got to the checkout then I was told there was a problem with the card payment so could only pay with cash luckily I had cash on me but it would have been a good idea to tell people when entering the shop the problem

Now thats what I call Customer Service

The staff at ProCook are never pushy but are there, if you need help with anything. I also feel that any suggestions they make are with complete honesty, as they would rather you purchased the items that are best for you, rather than those that have a higher price.

What a great experience.

I usually feel out of my depths in specialists shops such as here but this wasn’t so here. I was made to feel welcome even though I was dragging my husband and two son’s behind me. The staff were very friendly and help but not patronising. It felt like talking to a couple of friends. Lovely. Customer service as it should be.
I will be back as I spied future purchases as I exited with my new bread maker.

Serving at the store was very slow and…

Serving at the store was very slow and not efficient. When we finally got to the front of the queue the cashier had to go out back to get our knives but didn't ask if anyone else in the queue was buying knives so had to go back for others after me. Could have saved everyone time by asking everyone at once.

Biased but helpful.

Biased but helpful.
The staff in store were very helpful with their knowledge of the product. Annoyingly though, I (male) approached a staff member for help. She came and spent the whole time explaining to my wife. Even when my wife pointed out it’s me who is most interested she continued to face my wife and talk to her.

Very good product.

Good offers, good choice of products. Very happy with the knife set although it doesn't say if they are dishwasher safe or not. Customer service was good but did find the layout of the store a little cramped.

Just purchased a set of 5 Damascus…

Just purchased a set of 5 Damascus Japanese engineered kitchen knives from Procook and delighted with the superb quality and styling but had amazing service from the staff at Cannock McCarthy Glen outlet, who were extremely knowledgeable, particularly one young girl who we do not know the name of unfortunately but was so so engaging and knew her products so very well . So thank youProcook and staff.. a memorable and enjoyable shopping experience!

Great experience e visited the shop with specific items…

We visited the shop with specific items in mind.
The shop was well stocked and easy to select from the cookware displayed, but above all we where served by an extremely polite and helpful assistant who made the task easy

Sales assistant went out of her way to…

Sales assistant went out of her way to help me buy taking the items I wished to purchase from me and placed them by the till so I could continue to look around the store where I chose further items . Each item was bubble wrapped and then wrapped in paper. Excellent service .
