Gemma, the girl in store made all the difference. Although alone, due to colleague sickness, and with several customers she kept friendly and unflustered and I think we (the customers) all left happy after making a purchase. Even though we had to wait for her attention it was a lovely experience solely because of her but be warned I spent more than I planned!

Mostly good, some not so good, but worth it.
Very nice looking (as chopping boards go), the rubber corners make it very stable, as well as creating a little gap so it is easy to pick up, can be flipped over to use the other side, and it washes well (or is dishwasher safe if you can't be bothered to wash by hand). All of this at a relatively affordable price!
It does mark when used, so don't expect is to look pristine forever, but these are marks, not deep grooves that I have experienced when using plastic alternatives (the lack of deep gouges results in an ease to wash and feels more hygienic). Also, there is no channel to collect the juices when cutting meat, so I have a separate board for this purpose.
All things considered, I feel that this is a very elegant, functional chopping board and I plan on buying a second set so they last longer!

Really Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Encouraged to come back after great service the week before with my purchases. Went into the shop near closing time which was not an issue either. Have previously purchased online but will always try and go to the Chatham store now for my purchases when I can.
