Plenty of staff available and the lady who helped us (Sophie) was friendly and knowledgable about the various products we were looking at. Wide range of stock at good prices and like to support a local business.

Extremely helpful staff, who are very knowledgable about the products they sell. Wanted a new paring knife. Explanations were given, we were able to use the knives, to see how they felt for hand comfort, heaviness. We were also informed of any discounts available.

My visit was to replace my knife set and the selection on view was excellent and the shop assistant was helpful however, during a pre visit telephone call I was advised that I would be able to feel the different knives and cut with them to determine which ones suited me; this was not offered to me and was disappointing. Stock was good and pleased with my eventual choice.

Customer service was excellent, we could have had the plates etc from the shop but it would have meant individual wrapping so we chose to have next day delivery, parcel arrived very promptly and all of the items were very well packaged, very happy with our purchase so thank you

Used a store I have used before, everything is well laid out and attractive and always some good offers. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
I went in to the store for a specific purchase but ended up buying other items that I am delighted with.

Salt and pepper mills, batteries would not stay in , shame , total waste of money, should have took them back for a refund .

I received a griddle pan as a Christmas present from my son in Lancashire. Unfortunately it was the wrong type. Even though I didn't have a receipt, the Evesham store gladly exchanged it for the type I wanted. Fuss free, no problems.
