Amazing shop and staff. Toni and Lorrina at the lakeside branch made our experience 5 star. We purchased dinner set for our new home and they both helped us and went out of their way to find us what we wanted. We will be going back again for more.

Mikes burger was wonderful I visited the location in Lakeside shopping Centre and the service was extraordinary. Not only did the passion that served me. Answer all of my questions and gave me sound and useful advice with my purchase.

Had to return a knife block, my own fault I originally picked up the wrong one .Staff were helpful and efficient in showing me the choices I had to choose from and no problem exchanging them.

Excellent knowledge regarding saucepans explained very well. I was not only happy with the product but was sold a set which worked out cheaper. Lovely friendly personable interaction by a member of staff would definitely be shopping here again

I bought the stainless steel uncoated saucepan set and I'm not disappointed. The staff were so helpful and were able to swap out different products within the deal without issue. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to get more into cooking.

Friendly and helpful staff. A very good selection of products on display that you can hold and get a feel for. After choosing we were given a fresh boxed pan. We have loved using the ProCook Professional Stainless Steel Shallow Pan.

HELP WAS VERY PROMPT, they advised me which knife set to buy with a clear explanation

the knives were wrapped up as required by law and this was explained

Staff were really knowledgeable, helpful and polite. I’ve been in twice in the last month and they have gone beyond both times. We were helped both times by the American lady.

I went to the Bluewater store. Found what I wanted on display but there were none in stock. I didn't want the display item. The assistant checked stock online for me and there were 5 at the Lakeside store. That's where I purchased my product. The assistant there was also very helpful and friendly. Very hoot with my purchase and customer service.

Staff at Lakeside store were amazing and very helpful. I had difficulty buying a particular utility knife at another procook store but when I spoke to Kirsty on the phone, she was happy to reserve it (last knife in shop) for me until the next day. So happy when I collected as it was a Xmas gift. Thank you!

This is another item added to my pot collection, same brand and very well made.
Quality above everything in stainless steel. Best material in the world. I hate non stick that makes people sick.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a member of staff and talked about coated & non coated frying pans
We decided to come back as our toddler was getting upset and purchased heat mats instead.
I gave my toddler my phone to keep him occupied whilst we spoke some more and the member of staff questioned our parenting
His too young for a phone, bad parents good luck getting your phone back! Excuse me!!!
I will not be returning & instead will purchase from another known store
