Such friendly and helpful staff and amazing bargains to be had at the closing down sale at ProCook in the Morpeth Dobbies concession. It's such a shame they are all being made redundant, because of the failure of the garden centre they were attached to. One told us she worked there because of the friendliness, meeting and chatting with all sorts of folk, she didn't really need the money. Says it all.

Love this shop, we went in with a rough idea if what I wanted but without a clue what it looked like.
A very attentive customer service guy knew exactly what it was I was looking for, with loads of advice that helped me build up a great gift for my son.

Wish we lived nearer to Morpeth store. Very friendly sales team, felt great having been remembered from previous visit last year, very impressive. Hopefully new purchase performs as well as previous purchases, good products.

Having bought a large crockery set 4 months ago , we noticed about 8 items that were chipped, located the receipt and returned them to Heighley Gate branch of procook not really sure what they’d say- and all items were exchanged for new ones without any issue at all. Very impressed

2 young people in charge no idea about function of products, whether in stock or not. On this occasion hopeless, usually more established staff with an abundance of information to guide you.

Assistant very helpful, but very short staffed and stressed, one pan was priced wrong on shelf, he amended on til however 20% discount hasn't been removed, also bought frying pan set which had been put through individually coming up £19 higher than set price, no till receipt available in store, only realised when I got home and checked email receipt, emailed store twice, no response

We went to ProCook to look at crockery, planning to wait until the January sale before purchasing. When we arrived we found it was on offer, 20% off, so we purchased 32 pieces (which reduced the price even further) of the Oslo design. Very happy with the quality of the product, the staff in the shop and the price.

Tired of non stick pans that lose their lining I decided to go back to stainless steel. Lovely friendly, knowledgeable assistant. Bought a 24cm wok, great quality, very happy with ProCook purchases.

The staff are very knowledgeable regarding their products which gives me confidence to buy. They are friendly as well as professional. The products in the shop are tidy and well-kept and prices are competitive. An all-round excellent shopping experience.
