So nice to be able to go into a high street shop and receive good service from a visable assistant, who was both knowledgable about products, and courteous .
Really pleased with purchase of saucepans, plus had a good look at lots of other products in store. Will be returning in the not too distant future.
Only negative comment to make - I had researched the type/size of saucepans looking for via the website, offer I found wasn’t advertised in store however, happily assistant sorted this out for me

I was looking for good induction pots and pans and although I travelled quite a distance to get them from Procook, I don’t regret it. Whenever I use them, I’m like “it was worth it”. The workers there are very nice as well; they fill you with more insight on the product you’re purchasing.

The assistant was very pleasant and helpful. I returned the next day as I had a slight problem with the product. A charming young lady resolved the problem for me in a matter of minutes. Excellent service.

Love what I bought and have been happy with every purchase I’ve made. Used the Solihull store for the first time and was asked repeatedly if I needed help - I think every assistant asked me 2/3 times. I found this very pushy and not what I expect from procook stores - I won’t be rushing back

Visited the Solihull store and we were looking to kit out our kitchen with knives and a few additional items.
We spoke to Sara who was amazing! She helped us choose knives, plates, cutlery, and several kitchen gadgets. Could not praise Sara enough and her recommendations on ProCook products. As a result we bought everything we were looking for

We have been using the items since and the quality of all the items are outstanding!

Very helpful staff in the Solihull store and excellent products at a reasonable price.
We did have to have something delivered and DPD were very poor. A real contrast from the service provided by ProCook itself.
I will definitely shop there again.
