Great ranges and selection of cookware…

Great ranges and selection of cookware and everything you need for the kitchen. It was a nice store, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. We found exactly what we wanted. It is good to know all items are designed in Britain. Prices are very reasonable too. Worth a visit.

Customer service was excellent. Good knowledge and guidance.

The pro-cook XC50 knife’s are great. Like
Hot knife through butter when preparing chicken breast.

Lovely staff who were helpful polite…

Lovely staff who were helpful polite and knowledgeable without being overbearing
they even held my shopping and bagged it all up for my return
I can't fault their service and would recommend them, a credit to your name 11

Top notch customer service

Customer service in the shop was excellent. The young lady who assisted me was very knowledgeable and one of the most polite shop assistants that I have ever met.

Good advice

Shop and online order

Bought from shop and purchased extra online, extremely well packed in boxes but unfortunately 2 dishes were broken from shop and 1 mug chipped from online order. I did an online chat and sent pictures, both problems sorted very efficiently and replacements recieved within 48 hours. Very good service and online chat. Would recommend and I will buy from them again.

I traveled 30 min to purchased a…

I traveled 30 min to purchased a combination air fryer from Procook only to get back home opened the box to prepare it for an event to find several of the items including the instruction booklet were missing . When I rang the lines and communications link to Procook were down! So had to take it back next day

Due to a delay in delivery a set if plates was hand delivered to my house I Christmas eve. Super impressed with this level of service from the team in Spalding.

A favourite place at Springfields

We always look forward to a visit to ProCook. Normally come out with something useful, if not a bargain. We have bought some great Japanese knives from there, very reasonable prices and they are still sharp a year later.

We needed advice on knives

We needed advice on knives. The lady was very helpful. See gave us a knife to try on a potato and a tomato. The staff were very friendly and helpful and didn’t try to push us to buy anything else.

My wife and I shopped at the ProCook…

My wife and I shopped at the ProCook store nr Spalding. The store was clean and tidy. There were many extremely tempting items on display. We went with a clear objective, but I succumbed when I saw something that I knew would be useful, and it is. Apart from the risk to my wealth shopping at ProCook is an enjoyable experience and the staff are great too.

There were a few hurdles to get the…
