Julie - a keeper at Teesside industrial estate!

Julie in the Teesside industrial estate ProCook store is incredible, we came in with a real issue with an online purchase and Julie went out of her way to make it right. Really great customer service and turned around a terrible experience to a wonderful one. Will definitely come back in store to buy in future. Jenny who was in training was also super helpful and friendly! A credit to your team!

Amazing customer service

Excellent team of staff!

The staff were so welcoming and really helpful. The staff know the products inside out and passed on their knowledge to me. They are an asset to the company and I truly would have walked in and walked out empty handed if it wasn’t for their welcome and their knowledge. I look forward to returning now and becoming a repeat customer.

We unpacked a recent purchase of the…

We unpacked a recent purchase of the procook stand mixer to find there were two items missing from the box. A quick phone call with Mickey and a plan to return the purchase for a replacement was agreed. Excellent customer service.

Excellent through and through.

Micky was great when I rang before my visit. Matthew was excellent when I arrived at the store and took time to get to know me and my needs and explained the products thoroughly and had great suggestions. I walked away more than happy and will definitely be back again. Both made the experience great.

The assistant did not tell me the price…

The assistant did not tell me the price correctly. She fooled me into thinking the lid for the pan was included. Then told me it would cost extra at the till at payment point. She arrgued with me when I asked why she wasnot clear. I do not like deceitful sales people.

Most impressive

All the staff are really helpful but the male operative who helped unscramble a return and re buy using my 15% discount was particularly accommodating. The receipt says Jennifer but he definitely wasn’t called Jennifer! Receipt timed at 15:17:35.
Regardless, previous visits have been only ever excellent
Great store, smashing products, excellent service.

Very helpful staff

All the staff were very helpful, especially the person who helped me buy a new Damascus blade kitchen knife. She was very knowledgeable. I will certainly use ProCook again for my kitchenalia shopping.
