The delivery was on time as planned, and the driver was helpful. This was a delivery to a community garden, but although the driver failed to contact the person living nearby, he nevertheless helped with delivery the 2 huge bas of soil to the gates so that we could move it into our raised beds more easily. The soil looks rich and is loamy, so this is good for growing vegs. We're a very happy group of community gardeners!

This is the second time ordering mushroom compost from QGS and I'm very happy. I ordered the 3200 litre pallet of 40 bags, which arrived on time, and the delivery man very kindly dropped it right outside the door. The quality of the mushroom compost is excellent and my gardener always comments on how fine a grade it is. Just one bag on the bottom of the pallet had split slightly, so some of the compost had spilt out when unloading. Apart from that, a 5 star experience.

What makes some Companies stand out more than others is how they deal with a problem. There was a blip with my order, so after a phone call to the QGS Support team, they sorted out the issue very quickly and efficiently. Their communication was excellent in keeping informed of correcting the issue. All dealt with very professionally.
Also, their product is excellent.
Will I use QGS again? I most definitely will �

Bit of an awkward place to deliver a tonne of soil, but the team were so helpful, had a can-do attitude and we got it exactly where we needed it. Soil is great quality, looking forward to growing lots of lovely vegetables in it next year!

When the chicken manure arrived, the content was moist and not in the form of pellets. This was an error by me, because I did not read the description. However the product was excellent and gave good coverage over my flower bed.
So, in all a very good result, and a very satisfied customer.

Best price I could find for Newburn ovals. Second time I've ordered a tonne delivered via pallet. Can't fault. Rang for confirmation on something and customer service was excellent too.

The products that we purchased were GREAT & can throughly recomend to everyone.
Your Customer Service / Administration needs a "kick up the behind" - I left two seperate email enquiries which after a full 'work-day' I had, on each occasion, to ring the office to be told, "let me have a look", to get my reply (verbally). This is not good Customer Service; once is forgiveable but not twice!

Purchased a pallet of Newburn Smokeless coal. Very happy with the product and the price paid.
Was expecting a message from delivery company on day of delivery to give a rough delivery time. Didn't receive this message so ended up waiting in most of the day. This clearly is down to the delivery company, not QGS. Once the delivery did arrive at 3pm the driver was very helpful and managed to get the pallet just where we wanted it.
