Customer service is great. I was contacted to discuss details of delivery as I live in a country lane. Nothing was too much bother for them. They listened and made sure message was passed on. Delivery guy went out of his way to respect property and ensure items were safely stored.

Good communication & service from the office in our intitial phonecall. Very helpful & answered all our questions. Lawn was delivered on time by a very helpful driver. Product looked beautifully fresh & as described; according to our project manager, was a dream to lay & of very high quality. It has recovered from its journey & is already rewarding us with daisies!

The delivery was early, but the driver delivered our neighbours pallet to me. When I noticed this he started to move the pallet back to his lorry but due to a defective cover on the folk truck he could not get the pallet over the footpath and the driving wheel was spinning, churning the tarmac. We eventually managed to get the pallet back onto my drive and get my pallet off the lorry and and onto our property. Due to the damage caused to the footpath we decided the safest way to get my neighbours coal to his home way to use our wheelbarrows due to the poor state of the FLT. The driver was advised to photo the damage but whether he did is debateable. As yet we have not heard from the local council, but on speaking to other locals the damage to the footpath has not gone unnoticed .

Why drive to buy a few bags of compost each time the wife asks when you can bulk order from QGS - great service and good quality compost and John Innes 3. Will be coming back to these guys again.

This is our 3rd delivery of logs. The logs are great quality, they burn beautifully. The bonus is the softwood crate can be chopped up and used for kindling so no waste. Service is quick and efficient and it is possible to choose the delivery date. We would highly recommend them and will definitely order again when we need more logs

The delivery ran smoothly. The quality of topsoil compost mix appears to be excellent. Unfortunately my order wasn’t for enough and I can’t justify another large bag. If could sensibly reorder I would. Excellent service and an excellent product at a fair price. 5 stars!

This is the second delivery of Vegetable Topsoil we have ordered to finish off our 10 raised beds. Top quality product again from QGS, delivered on time and date we had asked for, the delivery guys were very helpful and put the pallet where we asked. A very good company to deal with.

Compost delivered is of excellent quality. Comms with the delivery team very good. I understand the cost constraints but having delivery with a hoist rather than pallet truck would help.
