Insurers adding to bureacracy

I've never been asked before by an insurer to take photos of licences and DVLA codes. It took 30 mins of my precious time to sort that. If I had known it was going to be demanded before I bought the policy I would have gone elsewhere

I rang yesterday because my insurance…

I rang yesterday because my insurance was cancelled not by my fault, it was down to a mix up at Prima. I spoke with Cheryl and explained everything and she was absolutely amazing and sorted it all out for me. Was very helpful and very polite, got a sales rep to ring me back and within an hour my insurance was sorted.

Fantastic customer care

I have been in a bad place after suffering a family loss. I messed up my insurance details, I wax helped by a very kind understanding lady called Louise McGregor who went out of her way to help me out. I'm very grateful for her help

Shambles of a company

Shambles of a company. £422 to insure my car. 30 weeks in with 22 weeks to go and my refund after cancelling my policy? £14!!! Reasons, admin, cancellation fee and a percentage of the left over money. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!!

Outstanding customer service

Unfortunately I had terrible news out of nowhere that led to my policy being cancelled.
It was ultimately my own fault so I can't criticise RCIB.

Customer services are outstanding and had it not been for the kind actions of CHERYL AUSTIN, today would have been much worse.

5 stars for Cheryl.

Good communication

Good communication, prompt follow-up calls to explain slight issues from original online purchase of insurance.
Cieran was patient and thorough. Also very polite. 4 stars rather than 5 as it took a long time and I was disappointed to pay more than the original quote, although I understand the reasons why. Happy to recommend this provider as they have good customer skills and answered all my questions.

Superb service thanks to Cheryl Austin…

Superb service thanks to Cheryl Austin who was excellent, helped me with my problem quickly and efficiently, very well done. Dealing with insurers can sometimes be a pain, but this member of staff should get credit for how professional and helpful she was. Staff like this genuinely make you want to stay, even if the price is slightly more than other insurers.

I spoke to Louise McGregor and as Shakespeare said “ you can call roses with different names but they will all smell the same� so Louise is like a Rose whose fragrance can be felt even when she is over the phone.
