Further to my review warning people about this company. I have to report my MP is referring my case to the government inquiry into the motor industry insurance. The financial ombudsman is overwhelmed so pretty ineffective. They use algorithms that trigger costs upwards even if you were the innocent party in any incident. Be warned you do business with them at your peril. They use their terms and conditions as a get out clause to rob you. In my opinion they are financial thieves. I have never written a stronger review in my life! Avoid them completely!
