They will say anything to sell you insurance but when it comes to claim, you will find the underwriter does not agree with what they said was ok and invalidate your policy. Make sure if you do go through them that before you sign your policy agreement that the underwriter agrees with the broker's definitions!

RCIB trade as many different names providing insurance broker services, their premiums are never as advertised on their website or via price comparison websites and in my case they quoted over £120 extra on the price comparison quote, with no change in the information I provided them.
When I stated that I had a number of other quotes that were lower, they dropped the price back down again to that originally quoted.
Unfortunately I didn't read the cancellation policy in full which is a £45 admin fee plus a 10% commission on the refund in premium.
Means I've paid them £100, but I would have lost that if I'd gone with their policy in the first place, so I'd rather go with another more reputable insurer!
In addition their general customer service is appalling, I try to be friendly and calm when dealing with cancellations, but all you get in return is attitude and 'we did send you the documents'.
Avoid at all costs!
