I’ve never had a delivery from this company up until today and they were brilliant. The tracking service was great and the communication from the 2 drivers was fantastic. Delivery was quick and efficient. The lads dropped the large parcels exactly where requested and all in all everything went perfectly. Thank you!

I was expecting a collection for an Emma mattress. They had made many mistakes with my order (wrong contact details, item description, not booking my collection slot correctly) but Rhenus was super helpful with resolving all the problems and sorting this out. They booked me a new slot, and the drivers were very accommodating and polite. Thank you very much!

Rhenus delivered on behalf of Dusk for me. The online tracker showing ETA was brilliant and they arrived right when the tracker said they would. Delivery guys were helpful, didn’t rush us. Overall very pleased with this delivery.

I booked a collection of old bed frame and mattress.

When the driver arrived he explained he could not collect the bed frame as that one has to be disassembled according to company T&C. I admit I haven’t read them carefully but it seems to me that such an important information has to be written in capital letters rather than be on t&c. Moreover, even if I already paid also for mattress collection (which went through) the company said they can’t provide a refund. I did not like the experience.

It took a bit longer than I expected but was well worth the wait. The delivery men were polite and quick with the delivery. The furniture was well worth the wait. I would recommend them .

The delivery driver called to provide a timeframe for arrival. He was polite and very professional. Although he was not allowed to help opening the package, he explained what was going to happen (it was a rolled package mattress) in a clear and reassuring way.

Gave plenty of updates on time of delivery with text updates, a tracker and the driver even called 15mins ahead of arrival. It's not often these days you get such an informed delivery service and was pleasantly surprised.

Cancelled delivery on the day via text, stating they’d be in contact within 24 hours to rearrange. That was 4 days ago, and my account simply says the order is on hold. Tried to call to find out what’s happening and was told they’d can’t help. Their WhatsApp help chat is the most unhelpful chatbot I have ever encountered

The collection was made in the estimated time frame. The guys were helpful and went out of their way to make sure that the package was properly covered and loaded 😀

Great communication prior to the delivery so I knew what to expect, and when the delivery would arrive. The delivery people were friendly, fast, efficient and, on a wet day, the lad carrying a very heavy mattress still kicked off his shoes before coming inside. Top service all round.

Your checked drivers where I am located as I am tucked away and not on the main road, some drivers from other agencies have just not
delivered. They put 3 heavy doors safely into my garage. Pleasant and considerate. All good. Thankyou
