I ordered an Avocet 3 star - double cylinder lock and 3 extra keys. It arrived within 3 days on the date specified, although Royal Mail didn't ask for a signature, despite that being specified, which was a little bit naughty of them.
The lock was expensive but is clearly a more secure, quality product with a smooth and fluid action and took seconds to fit. Highly recommended both the lock and the company.

I was looking for a padlock that would Illuminate at night, that was resistant to harsh weather conditions (including sea spray) and would be easy to operate. I bought the Igloohome Padlock 2…. Really good service, I ordered an out of stock item. Had an email to say that it would be a delay in delivery (fair enough).
So they offered me an upgrade that was in stock for no extra charge

Good selection and great customer service. Only slight problem was that the site allows you to select multiple shipping dates without realising, which can double charge you. For example, adding an item to checkout and proceeding to checkout / delivery date selection and then going back to add another item prompts you to select a delivery date again during checkout. This can result in two delivery charges. This should not happen: either show that two delivery dates have been selected or only allow a single date for the entire order. Contacted customer support via the email/web form and they responded very fast to resolve it.

Came round, checked all my window locks, made the broken ones work again, and didn’t charge me for the effort! Not only that had some good advice about CCTV, alarms and security lights that was very useful, and I’ll def using their services for these.

Got 5% discount fif black Friday. Delivery arrived quickly. Paid for install. The company had never seen my alarm before. I ended up on the phone to HomeGuard several times to understand how to get the alarm installed. The installer was very helpful, but I could have installed it myself. Not worth £200+

Friendly person I spoke to with good product knowledge. Unfortunately delivery company not as good they had pallet of horse feed for me and no safe, this was then corrected to days later when our safe was delivered.

Quality safe at a very reasonable price. So much better than the rubbish that is sold at B&Q. The under floorboard safe isn’t too difficult to fit if you’re confident to carry out minor carpentry otherwise have it fitted by a qualified carpenter.
