Needed a landline for my elderly Dad and this has solved the issue for us. Very helpful staff (Tony especially) thank you. Managed to keep old number after using a temporary number during switch over which was important for him. Everything going well so far , would recommend 😃

We received excellent service from Simple Telecoms.They were extremely helpful and understanding. My mother had recently moved into a new care home which did not have access to BT lines.Therefore she was stuck without her landline type phone.She could not use a mobile as she is 97 and registered blind and needed her usual big button phone.
However Simple Telecoms came to the rescue and she can now use her old phone through a router with a sim card inside.Connection is made from mobile phone networks.
My mother is so much happier now and can phone family and friends any time she likes.
I can thoroughly recommend Simple Telecoms.

As always, the people at Simple Telecoms have been great. They are now the new providers of my telephone and broadband service. They have dealt with my previous provider for the transfer, and everything has been done smoothly and efficiently. I have dealt with them before and I can definitely recommend their company. They are very helpful and knowledgeable with everything. Nice to be able to speak to people!

We recently migrated from John Lewis as they were stopping providing phone services. The communication and level of personal care shown by staff both on the phone and via email was exceptional. Although there was a hitch completing our transfer it wasn't their fault and they really pulled out all the stops to get it resolved for us.

Customer service was amazing from the first contact. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. No passing from pillar to post just straight forward all the way. I didn’t think customer service of this standard existed any more, thankfully it does.

When you phone the call centre a human being answers straight away!!!!! No stupid messages, pressing 1-10 through several pointless questions and then get told goodbye and hang up. So far so good. Prompt, courteous service. First decent service I've had from a company in ages. Five stars.

Was seamless and hassle free, very refreshing to not be transferred to overseas call centre and they couldn't have been more helpful, kept me informed throughout the process. I had an issue after the BT engineer came and within an hour was fixed and phone up and running.

Nicole on information was very good in providing the information my mum needed to make her choice of new type of line. Equipment was provided in tamely Manor and after very problematic start with phone numbers. Tony was very good at getting it sorted with Tech department.

Just upgraded my elderly mother to a phone and internet package. The router and back up battery came well before the changeover date and with clear instructions as to how to set it up. The set up process was very straightforward and all connected up smoothly. Simple Telecoms kept me up to date about what was happening with the upgrade and always respond very quickly to enquiries. Very happy!

They are also very nice people to deal with.

Just changed my rkderly mothrr over from copper landline to digital. The service from John and Evan was superb. From advising which set of phones would benefit most to assustance setting up, the service was brilliant. Both aswered e mail queries promptly and they spent a fair amount of time on phone explaining procedure and technicalities in an easy to understand and friendly manner. I was fortuante enough to assist my mother but for those people who have to go it alone and are unsure for any reason, John and Evan will set aside their time and share their experience to help.

Having had issues with delivery I can't praise Nicola enough for keeping me Upto date and being very understanding with mine and dads frustrations, all resolved new digital phone line up and running and now issues with crackling line have disappeared thankfully..

We have used Simple Telecoms for an elderly relative, and have just transferred our landline to them as we can no longer use the old copper network.
They are brilliant!
There is a real human at their end, available to speak to who is knowledgeable and clear. The transfer went perfectly and without problems.
I can't praise them enough!
