Nicole on information was very good in…

Nicole on information was very good in providing the information my mum needed to make her choice of new type of line. Equipment was provided in tamely Manor and after very problematic start with phone numbers. Tony was very good at getting it sorted with Tech department.

Thanks for the feedback.

We've examined the account and observed a number port issue, wherein both the temporary and old telephone numbers were displayed. This occurred due to the port not being released by Openreach.

Upon receiving the report, we promptly reached out to Openreach to rectify the situation.

Fantasic friendly service

Just changed my rkderly mothrr over from copper landline to digital. The service from John and Evan was superb. From advising which set of phones would benefit most to assustance setting up, the service was brilliant. Both aswered e mail queries promptly and they spent a fair amount of time on phone explaining procedure and technicalities in an easy to understand and friendly manner. I was fortuante enough to assist my mother but for those people who have to go it alone and are unsure for any reason, John and Evan will set aside their time and share their experience to help.

Exceptional Service & Support

They give an unparalleled level of service and support. Being of a generation that precedes most modern technology I appreciate the outstanding levels of service and support they give.
They are also very nice people to deal with.
I wholeheartedly recommend this company especially for the older of us who still remember Button A & B in a Telephone Box.

A fantastic service!

They make the world a better place!

We have used Simple Telecoms for an elderly relative, and have just transferred our landline to them as we can no longer use the old copper network.
They are brilliant!
There is a real human at their end, available to speak to who is knowledgeable and clear. The transfer went perfectly and without problems.
I can't praise them enough!

Excellent service and advice from the start.

I found it difficult to find a company that would let me have just a VIOP phone, most companies only want to sell to businesses. So from my first initial enquiry to getting the phone working my experience with this company could not have been better. I’m well into my 70s now so needed a lot of help with the choice of phone ect, and even though the first phone I bought was faulty the tech I spoke to was patient and talked me through everything. Couldn’t fault them.

Got a phone again for elderly mum

Got a phone again for elderly mum, after nightmare with previous service provider they not only got a service fir mum but old number back too, very friendly customer service too, a very refreshing change. Keep up the great work!!

Comprehensive instuctions

Good, comprehensive instructions, the router arrived very quickly after the initial payment and my brother was able to set it up with Mum's phone quite easily as far as I know. And the phone line was a bit clearer than Mum's old landline.

Excellent Customer Service

Tony and Nicola went over and beyond helping my elderly parents when they had various issues with another provider and they helped managed to secure the existing landline number and get my parents on a better deal. Tony truly was a godsend and helped and assisted in matters that didn’t concern his company but he did offered to help and I was very grateful for his expertise and knowledge. I can’t recommend this provider enough all round they’re just customer focused and value their clients. Thank you so much from me and my parents for everything.

Excellent service

Excellent service. No question went unanswered, friendly, polite. Can't say enough except to say, proper personal service throughout the time I had a phone for my mum. That kind of service is sadly lacking in so many big corporations. Well done to you all, keep it up!

Simple Telecoms are superb

Simple Telecoms are superb. The service is 10/10. I needed to find out what was wrong with my 93 year old mothers line and got through to a very pleasant man straight away who contacted open reach who detected a fault and now coming to repair it. I even received an email within minutes of my call to confirm the above. Now that's what I call fabulous service. And let's not forget how reasonable their prices are too.

Customer service exceptionally

Customer service exceptionally
Having had issues with delivery I can't praise Nicola enough for keeping me Upto date and being very understanding with mine and dads frustrations, all resolved new digital phone line up and running and now issues with crackling line have disappeared thankfully..

Private Care Home Line

We have had the most fantastic service from Simple Telecommunications through the process of setting up a telephone line into our Mum’s new Care Home. I cannot fault them at all, they have been easy to contact and talk to directly in the phone and happily answered any questions and concerns we had, helping to make what is a stressful time that little bit easier. The router box arrived within 24 hours after ordering, as they had said it would. It was very simple to install and set up and is working perfectly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Simple Telecommunications and would be happy to use them again in the future

Internet erratic service ..gave up on streaming for two nights and again today.
Customer service usually excellent BUT unable to get through for 3 days…permanently engaged.

To many add ons

Hi
I am incurring to much cost also to the fact i have a service which does not work properly
there his to many background costs to this I am a pensioner life his tough even now been suggested a buy a new telephone - sorry its not good enough

It is emphasized to all our correspondents that not every old analog telephone is compatible with digital lines, irrespective of the service provider. Determining compatibility requires plugging in and testing the old analog telephone on a digital line, a process that can only be done upon physical testing. Thus, we explicitly communicate this potential outcome to our customers.

Clear and simple communications

Clear and simple communications, do what they say when they say, and really good to have a call centre which you can phone back and actually speak to the person who is dealing with your account, or at least has knowledge of it. Also good to find a service which is genuinely geared up to handle the different circumstances in which vulnerable relatives can find themselves.
