Landline without Internet service.
I changed my ISP but the new ISP were no longer offering a phone service of any type so after searching the web I came across a recommendation for Simple Telecom. I rang them a and John answered, no select 1 2 or 3 or a call centre but a real person who knows the products they supply. He took the time to explain exactly what I needed to meet my requirements and confirmed it all in an email.
A week later I phoned to confirm my purchase and a few days later received the router and a new phone (which was not required but I now have a spare) to set up the new service with a temporary number until my existing number was transferred. The transfer has now been done and we are very pleased with the system,. Brings a whole new meaning to 'Plug & Play'.
Everyone I spoke to or emailed was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable which gave me confidence about the services they offer and I have no reservations in recommending them to anyone.
