Unfortunately the jacket I had ordered from Taunton Leisure did not fit me well so I returned it to the store yesterday.
The shop assistant was helpful and issued me with a refund without a problem

Always really efficient and reliable service whether online or in store. This was just an online order for an exact replacement pair of boots. Arrived in two days even though they were ordered in the middle of the Christmas bank holidays

Taunton Leisure were excellent from start to finish. I ordered a top that was sold out everywhere else. Not only were Taunton Leisure able to provide it, but they were very responsive when I explained my concern that it was a Christmas present and I was concerned that it may not arrive in time. I received regular unprompted updates as to what part of the despatch/delivery process it had reached and the product arrived in good time and was exactly what I was after. I could not have asked for more!

They are excellent! I asked for a Tentipi that wasn't in stock and they have been so accommodating. The customer service department have gone above and beyond. They have kept me in the loop throughout the whole process for the special product and under promised and over delivered. Thank you for all your hard work (and patience).

First time ordering from them, placed an order for KUHL’s waxed cap which comes in two colours: Espresso “Turkish Coffee & Green. They sent me green instead of the coffee, you have to be very colour blind if you can’t tell the difference between the two colour. Emailed them saying I need the item replacement with the correct colour by Tuesday. I paid almost 7 for it to be delivered by Monday but ended up getting it on Saturday (within two days) surely if it’s that quick I can get a replacement by Tuesday no problem. If I don’t I’ll just open up a dispute. This is ridiculous sending the wrong coloured product.

Purchased a Rab Cirrus jacket which was very competitively priced. Service from Taunton Leisure was excellent with the item being dispatched the same day and arriving the next. However even better, Taunton publish some very informative videos on their YouTube channel which greatly helped my buying decision.
