The furniture at Timothy Oulton is beautiful, but an added bonus is the staff who make the purchase process special.

We worked closely with Janessa, who is knowledgeable about the products, their production, materials, factories, history of the brand.. you name it! She was also very invested in helping us achieve our goals with the dining room and helped us source coordinating options outside of the brand since they didn't make what we needed. She's the BEST! And the table and chairs we bought are stunning! So excited :)

I visited the Timothy Oulton store in NYC yesterday with my wife and friends during a long weekend trip. We were absolutely amazed by the incredible, eclectic items on display and the stunning Art Deco-inspired furniture and home decor. The designs were retro yet modern, bold yet refined—truly one-of-a-kind.

While we left without purchasing anything at the time, one piece kept coming back to me at brunch this morning: the Tomcat Mini chair. It’s a miniature version of their iconic Aviator Tomcat chair, measuring just 8 inches high. The craftsmanship is exceptional, with distressed ribbed leather and riveted aluminum in their proprietary Spitfire finish, reminiscent of the legendary fighter plane. It’s the perfect quirky display piece for a desk or bookshelf!

I called the store today, and Billy was incredibly helpful in finalizing my purchase over the phone and arranging shipping to my home in Michigan. The customer service was as remarkable as the items in the store.

If you’re in NYC and love Art Deco, clean design, or unique and eclectic furniture, this store is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

Even though I did not know exactly what I was looking for woman who assisted me, Monica, did not rush me or try to persuade me in areas I was not considering. Michael Royal at Timothy Oulton New York was an absolute rock star throughout this entire process!! From his knowledge of the products, to helping me with 3D renderings of my home featuring the furniture I was looking at, the process was not only informative and helpful, but fun!!! He was able to expedite the process for me as well and I received my sofa much much sooner than originally expected, and Im thrilled with it!!! Michael was supportive, and very communicative throughtout the entire process always giving me updates and checking in on me. There’s no place like Timothy Oulton. The quality of each piece is top notch, the service of its agents is amazing and their design is incredibly sophisticated. I purchased a custom TO leather sofa in April 24; Joshua Frye was incredibly helpful and worked me every step of the way. My sofa arrived in September 2024 and I couldn't be happier.

I returned to TO to purchase complimentary chairs to complete the living room; this time, Billy Sarna worked with me. As expected, it was another perfect engagement and transaction.

Next purchase will be a sectional sofa for the beach house.
