Denise has been EXCEPTIONAL in resolving some minor issues we’ve encountered.
It was my first time visiting the OC gallery space and WOW, what an incredible experience. It truly is a gallery/showroom versus a typical shop. From the moment you walk in, you become completely immersed int the TO world - Complimentary Walkers English toffee candy in glass jars, dark/elegant spaces where you can see how pieces can work together, and all the interesting small home decor like little treasures to find. But the best part of our store visit was Saberina T. - an incredible sales ambassador who kindly took the time to walk us through the TO brand and showed us some great items. Saberina was friendly, patient, kind and made us feel so comfortable. I'll definitely return to pick up a few pieces thanks to Saberina!

Experienced and knowledgeable.
I was pleased by the smell of leather and wood in Gallery. It is truly a sight to see. I will definitely go back and check out the Apollo capsule.

Edit: Within 12 hours of posting the review Chloe from customer service had been in touch. The initial problem was dealt with very quickly and with far more grace than the situation required.
Everything was resolved before I’d had my first coffee of the day.

Ordered an item which states made to order with a long lead time. Not a problem so i ordered but was surprised a couple of days later by an email from a company called Andrew Martin saying my item was arriving next day.
Ordinarily thats fine but was curious so sent an email to “Anita” my point of contact re this company. Didn’t get a response so took delivery anyway.
The item arrived but is a different colour to what i ordered. T Oulton have a no return policy on “made to order” items so right off the bat there’s a problem. It was obviously in stock here in the uk ready to ship. We went back and too via email but whenever i addressed the cost of return postage it was passed over.
The item is not as described or pictured. Still new and packaged. Two days passed now with no response.
So far a terrible first time experience.
I wouldn’t recommend the company based on this purchase.

A great in store experience…

The Best Customer Service we have ever received..
We had a recent query over a Noble Souls sofa that had real sentimental value to us. Chloe Gratter has been so incredibly kind and has just gone above and beyond for us. Her communication is so professional and thoughtful, it is honestly the best customer service we have ever received. Had a great experience at the Westport location working with Rupert!
The first time we visited Timothy Oulton Westport location we fell in love with their pieces, the uniqueness, the quality are just top one of a king, not to mention their customer service is top notch. We had the pleasure to work directly with Rupert, he made our experience there very pleasant.
Rupert is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Every time we visited, we looked forward to coming back. Rupert helped us with purchasing some great pieces and at a very good price.
All the other personnel we encountered were very pleasant and they always greeted us with a heartfelt welcome and a smile, but Rupert would always go above and beyond to ensure our experience is always memorable. Thank you, Rupert!!

To the management at TO, please know that in Jenessa you have an extremely well-informed, gracious, and very thougthful representive on the floor. The standard of craftsmanship of your products is felt, and just the same, you should know (and also reward) Jenessa for carrying the same standard in the sales experience. I can honestly say that her attitude and support made the decision to purchase more clear and certain.
