Rupert has been a great help in helping us find and decide what seating we needed for our new home. From coming to measure our space to letting us know about inventory and what works best, it made the process so smooth and our home looks great. He is so timely in his communication and follow up!

We walked into the Timothy Oulton store in Westport, CT and immediately gravitated toward some of their items. However, when it came to understanding the spatial capacity of the rooms to our new home, we really needed help. That’s when Jamie from the store helped us with understanding the style and look we were going for. Without hesitation, Jamie even offered to stop by our home and see the rooms for herself to give us the best recommendations. Jamie made our experience with Timothy Oulton the best and we look forward to being back in the future for any home decor needs!

Go See Jade @ Timothy Oulton NYC!

We are finishing our basement in the style of a speakeasy, and stumbled across T.O.'s chesterfields as we researched decor ideas. A visit to their webpage connected us with Jade, who was as engaged, responsive, and creative as anyone we ever have worked with.

Shortly thereafter we had airfare to JFK booked and an appointment with Jade to look at furnishing the entire space. He was more than prepared, giving us a passionate history of the brand, a presentation with 3D mockups of our space with different design ideas, and champagne to make us feel special.

2 hours later we walked out with an order placed and smiles on our faces. It isn't often that shopping is fun and rewarding, but Jade and Timothy Oulton delivered in spades.

So chuffed to find excellence and genuine heart at the kings road branch. Sam is exceptional & I was torn between several big name brands; but the more I got to know the brand and high standard of workmanship through Sam the more I realised it was a no brainer! I had to write a review commending exceptional service and a wonderfully feel good branch! I shall return with a second undoubtedly stellar review soon as the sofa arrives! Love love love 🙌�

Mason has been so helpful since our first encounter. He is truly helpful amid a long pause on the purchase conversation. We resumed our correspondence after a long while and without revisiting the shop a second time he provided thorough follow up work such as material samples, useful comments as a pet owner, video clips for maintenance work etc. Truly exceptional and reliable service. Prompt replies 24/7 too! Thank you so much (typing this experience as I'm on this Noble Souls Collection sofa...).

This was our first visit to the Timothy Oulton at Kings Road and only wish we had started here four years ago when we purchased our TM sofa. We returned to this flag ship store with a few issues and the experience was nothing short of excellent. This was for the most part due to Marcos who gave us a very warm welcome and was exceptionally helpful in the matter at hand. His in depth knowledge and experience was very evident and he was very good at listening to our concerns and questions. Nothing was too much . We came away feeling very satisfied with the service received. The store is a delight with good quality furniture priced accordingly of course but the service given does ensure you are hopefully buying something that will work in your home.

I have been going to Timothy Oulton store for years. I love their beautiful luxe furniture. I especially love the personal and professional attention I get from the manager, Luke Dixon, in Culver City. He is very patient, friendly and extremely professional. As a prolific customer of Timothy Oulton we fell in love with his designs from the moment we first stepped foot into the London Bluebird showroom and indeed here in Sydney and Melbourne's Coco Republic showroom. The craftsmanship and quality is exceptional and the service from T.O. has always been superb. We adore the blend of classic, contemporary and maximalist design that never ceases to wow our friends and family whenever they come to visit!

Jade was so over the top helpful. He was friendly and professional. He was never pushy and gave us ample time to wander on our own but was always right there when we needed him. He saved the day by recommending the house measuring service so we purchased the correct size couch which we LOVE by the way! We enjoyed the entire experience.

First of all we LOVED the style of their furniture! We worked with their NY Showroom and were assisted by Jade, he was amazing, helped us with the selection of our furniture gave us design suggestions and the samples of fabric and leather we requested arrived in 24h, we live in North Carolina. Our project is not finished and for sure we will buy more furniture from TO and definitely will want to work with Jade more.

The Perfect Chair and Design!!

Timothy Oulton is definitely furniture that is a custom piece of artwork! Working with Jade Carpenter at the New York store is amazing. Jade helped me every step of the way with design input and ease of ordering. This experience is elevating my home and will wow my guests during visits and Holidays!! Jade is very knowledgeable and will help you make amazing choices!! The store is truly a place you want to visit as it is an experience!

We had the best experience thanks to the absolute wonderful Kurt Buckley. The moment we walked into the store he treated us with so much kindness and thanks to him after weeks of looking for a couch, we found our dream couch. We couldn’t be more excited.
