These positive reviews MUST be fake

**EDIT* I called and was rerouted then hung up.

These positive reviews MUST be fake. Not sure how half these people are receiving their items no problem but the other half are having the SAME issue which is WE ARE NOT RECEIVING OUR GOODS!!! TOTAL SCAM. We ordered in July it is now DECEMBER. We have received nothing but been charged $4000 absolutely insane.

Delivery prolonged

Order: US-52853 Unfortunately, we ordered our table almost 6 months ago. We were told it would arrive before Thanksgiving (11/18/24). We had to cancel hosting Thanksgiving because it had not yet arrived. Supposedly it shipped by 12/1. Today is 12/21 and our products have not yet arrived. Transformer is giving us two chairs but we have still not received any updates on when our products will arrive.

Update - it was finally delivered 12/30 after several prolonged calls with the delivering agency and transformer. There was assembly required but so far the table is sturdy and nice.

Regarding the company’s response, my order number was Order US-52853 as noted above.

COMSUMER WARNING

COMSUMER WARNING: Do not use this company! In October they happily took my $3000, promising I would receive my dining set by Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving came and went with no communication and no shipment, and we had to cancel our holiday plans.

I contacted the company, who unapologetically told me it was now due by Christmas. Again, the holiday came and went while my family continued to use a card table in the absence of the dining set I paid for over 2 months earlier.

I contacted the company again, this time requesting that my order be canceled and refunded, which they have so far not done. It seems I will have to open a dispute with my bank to get my money back and take my business elsewhere.

UPDATE in response to seller's comment: I have given my name in the multiple phone calls and emails I sent directly to the company. This review is meant only to warn other potential customers.

The look is fantastic!

The look is fantastic! I chose the light wood color in the round design. The ability to extend the table and bench is easy enough for me as a petite woman but I do prefer help. I would purchase again based on style. I will share information that I would have liked to know in advance. I removed one star for 3 reasons:
1. I did not know that the table, chairs, bench and cabinet would arrive in 8 very large boxes. That I would not be able to move at all! I assumed the delivery men would unbox and set up. I had to hire a handy man since my husband was away for work and these boxes were very big, taking up most of my large foyer. (Had I ordered this in my last home this would have taken up my whole living room!) it took the handyman 3 hours to put everything together. So that was an added expense after the near $6,000 purchase. Maybe this assembly required was stated at the time of order, but I do not remember since that was 6 months ago. I also have a huge amount of cardboard that I will need to hire someone to break down and carry up from the basement (I have a spinal injury and my husband is away for business often) to recycle over the next few months, (in our township we are limited in the amount of recycling we can put out each week) luckily, I have basement space for this, it would be a very cumbersome amount of cardboard to hold onto for several months if I were living in an apartment or smaller home setting.
2. The bench does not latch closed when there are no leaves added to it. This is unfortunate because I intended to use the bench in the smallest position. I have decided to use it somewhere else in the home and purchased two more chairs in its place. This is also an issue because since the bench does not latch together, when one sits down on it, the seam separates, but when you stand back up the seam closes and this caught my sweater made a pull in it. The sweater was old. I’m not worried about that, but I do worry about small fingers getting pinched or the back of one pants getting caught and maybe even skin if someone is wearing shorts. For this reason, I cannot use it in a dining situation. I love the look of it though so I decided to use it as a hallway bench in a place where no one ever sits and I would say it’s very expensive for that use. Buyer beware if you thought you might use it without adding the leaves! I did not receive any information back when I messaged my concern on this. I have thought about adding some adhesive Velcro straps underneath after the busy holiday time subsides. I’m not sure if that will hold. However, when the table is fully extended for a party, I will have a couple of men carry it in to be used at that time.
3. And last, one of the latches to hold a cabinet door closed does not actually work so the door does not stay closed. I was told this latch was under warranty and I would be shipped a replacement. But I haven’t gotten any follow up email to know when that will be, but I trust the only reason I haven’t heard back yet is because of the holiday time we’re in.

The middle leg of our table cracked, and Sergio from the Warranty Department replaced it immediately, even though my warranty had expired. Thank you so much for the great customer service!

Table of our dreams!

When I first saw this table I thought, "no way, this is too good to be true," but it arrived and it was amazing. We searched for two years before discovering this incredible table. I couldn't believe how great the quality of the wood was, how well everything fit, how easy it was to assemble and take apart. It's honestly the best purchase I've made in a long time. As creatives who frequently host we were in dire need of a table that let us both work and play. 10/10 would recommend.

Transform your Dining Room

paint issues.

I had some issues with my table panels and Kevin of the warranty team requested for replacement panels to be shipped to me. I was out of warranty and they still helped me. What a great company. Will keep shopping with transformer tables because of this experience.

Absolutely a complete ponzi scheme.

After many, many months of waiting, calling, emailing, etc. We still have not received our expensive table.

This company has failed to comply with the law. "If a merchant experiences a delay with your order, they are legally obligated to inform you about the delay and give you the option to either wait for the delayed item or receive a full refund; they cannot simply not deliver without notifying you and providing a refund option."

They do not care, nor did they delivered. At this point, our only recourse is to file a complaint with our credit card, file another FTC complaint and to take them to court.

We ordered our table but no chairs

We ordered our table, bench and chairs in July with an expected delivery of end of October / early November. We only got the table and bench after thanksgiving in early December and we are still pending our chairs. We have had to consistently follow up with transformer who has given us no response on the update of our chairs after being told we’d expect a shipping tracking link by now. The communication from transformer team is zero. Very frustrating and would not recommend.

WOW! Great people

WOW! I honestly was very frustrated navigating the AI bot. Granted it was a holiday week, but I couldn't seem to get ahold of a person. I finally found the call in number and was expecting a maze of touchtone options. Instead I got a friendly, cheerful and HELPFUL real, live person on the phone. If this is how transformer hires, I am all for giving them my business. I am so impressed with the care I recieved.

I took a chance ordering without…

I took a chance ordering without knowing much about the product or the company but I am SO HAPPY I did!
This table is even better than I expected. It’s such great quality and so beautiful.
I ordered this table for extra seating over the holidays. I was thrilled it was delivered before Thanksgiving as promised.
Delivery was fast and so easy. They brought it in and put it right where I needed it.
Everyone loved it!

I am very pleased with Transfomer…

I am very pleased with Transfomer Table. I purchased a table and bench in 2023 and received a damaged bench. The warranty department provided instruction for a return and sent a new bench to me. I love the product so much I placed another purchase for a coffee table in the same color (Siberian Birch). In late 2024, I noticed that I did not have the panels for my bench (I was supposed to keep them when I returned the damaged bench hardware but I believe I disposed of them with the damaged parts and didn’t realize it until I wanted to expand the new bench received). I wanted to get panel replacements and was told it was out of warranty. I didn’t expect my error to be covered and wanted to know if paying was an option for panels only. I worked with Sergio who requested the panels for shipment through warranty. It appears that the warranty department may be honoring this and are geared to ship the panels to me. This is over my expectations and I am stilled WOWED by the amazing service I continue to receive by TransformerTable. Thank you Sergio for your amazing customer service and I am sure I will be making another purchase in the future.

We received our beautiful new table on…

We received our beautiful new table on time to accommodate our family for Thanksgiving. It looks beautiful- it has 4 comfy good looking chairs and is totally flexible. The order was efficient and very fast and our 2 delivery men were personable and efficient. The service staff was terrfic - great price!

WORST Customer service for “LUXURY”…

WORST Customer service for “LUXURY” furniture. Would highly recommend staying away from this company and spending your money elsewhere. We ordered in July - ETA was Early Nov, it is now Mid December and we still not have received our order or any updates/response from the customer service team. Impossible to get a hold of anyone unless we call 5 times and ask for management. Clearly a new company with a lot of kinks to work out.

Replacement of Damaged Leaf

I recently noticed a crack in one of the leaves of my transformer table. Kevin was very helpful and got a replacement leaf ordered for me in a expedient manner. This is why I got with companies like this- not only do they deliver quality but also the warranties are great!
