The website is good and worked well. The grips came in good time and well packaged. Couple of things not so great, one of the battery connectors was missing so I had to take it off of another part I had. There is a chunky fuse holder that is difficult to put in a position out the way, why isn't it closer to the battery end? And there is no real auto turn off when not in use like Oxford ones despite the lingo saying there is, only works if battery voltage drops. Overall nice product, looks good works well and easy to use.

Ultimateaddons website is easy to use & navigate. There products are very well made with goog quality materials.
I have one of their waterproof cases which works really well.
There website also lists replacement hinges & fitments which is good to know if needed.

Made 2 calls to check product fitting details and had excellent service both times.
Grips work very well but I didn't use the superglue provided, used regular grip glue instead and they have been fine. I powered them off a Healtech Thunderbox which works, but only after I figured out the control wire has to be connected to a switched live!

Bought a set of the removable heated grips. Great idea and they fit perfectly with lots of extra bits for holding the battery. All feels great quality and looking forward to keeping my hands warm over winter.

Ordered a Tough Case Motorcycle Handlebar Kit with Helix Swivel Mount - XXL (168 x 78mm)
Royal Mail missed the delivery date. I had a winged and UA got back to me with in hours great customer service and the case and bracket fit the new phone.

Dual USB Charger With Handlebar Mount.

Great charger which has outlasted many cheaper "Ebay" alternatives, there is however an issue with the handlebar mount ring, its just too weak. I have these on two bikes and over time not only have both failed (cracked), the spare rings supplied have also cracked. That's four handlebar mount rings over approx two years of use. Could this please be improved. Kind regards Ian

A tailor made sale made super easy. Excellent customer service. The product is yet to be tested, but having searched high and low for a case that is secure, weatherproof, touchscreen friendly and has a weatherproof charge aperture for an iPhone, together with the variety of attachment options, others have not come close. If it works half as well as the last one I had from Ultimate Addons for an enduro bike, I will be very happy.

The service is second to none. I gather it’s a family business, and you can really tell the commitment and passion when speaking.

When you telephone them, you get straight through to a person, rather than being asked to press buttons on digital menus. The person is then extremely friendly, helpful, and they really know their product.

The product is practical, robust and good value.

I’ve had a ‘phone case with a mirror attachment on my scooter for about eight years, and having recently changed mobile phone, needed a new phone case accordingly.

High quality products that are highly resistant to weather, vibration, dust and general environmental conditions.

The customer service is terrific.

I work in my spare time as an Uber delivery biker in Guatemala City and and before ultimate addons, I tried many plastic holders and phone cases and they always fell away causing damage to my smartphone due to bumpy roads.

Since I have ultimateaddons products, all those problems disappeared.

Really satisfied with the investment.

Very reliable holder and i recommend every one to have it. I drived my bike in the south mountains of Saudi Arabia for 4 days crossing 860 km, recorded videos over the cities and villages only because I was depending on Dango Design camea holder to hold my Action 4 camera. I was using my friend holder and upon returning home, immediately I purchased my own.
