The product is amazing, good quality and it's exactly what it look like from the website.

The only negative part is that the microphone is 100% isolated from the silicone and the cover so if you try to do a call people doesn't hear you. You can avoid the problem with a bluetooth device but it could be perfect if in the next models Ultimate Addons is gonna solve it.

Needed a product by the following day, and rang them to explain the predicament. They fixed it for me, and sent me the item recorded delivery, free of charge. Great products, even better service!

Best customer service I have ever experienced. Asked on messenger if what I had ordered was right for what I already had on my bike, answered really fast and removed a part of my order that I didn't need and refunded the difference. Nothing to say about the customer service, just perfect.

I was waiting for the new product and contacted the UltimateAddons's about when the new version would be available. I was added to the notification list. Later I received an email notification that they were taking pre-orders so I ordered. About 2 weeks later, I have my new product! Smooth, worked just as they stated.

Totally hopeless for off road motorcycling.....
Bought 2 of these now and both haven't lasted the day.
Opened one up and was able to re-solder some joints, but failed again the next ride..................Tried "customer support" ...not interested.

I have used Ultimateaddons before and loved the product even though the 2 cases I had for the iPhone 7 Plus both broke.
I was not happy to find out that they did not have a case ready for the iPhone X at the time it was launched, even with all of the online leaks about what it would look like.
So I have had to wait until now for it so I preordered at directly with UA, expecting it to be delivered the day it was released. Sadly it was not. I had to wait approx 3 extra days. And I had to chase to find out what was happening.
Even though they had provided me with a tracking number, the tracking site NEVER updated so I didn’t know where my order was at any time until it arrived.
The unit itself is great quality, and the long reaching clamps that hold the using closed do so with a reassuring snap. But the unit has lost the extra compartment (based on the iPhone 7 Plus case) at the bottom where the cable plugs in. While this makes its foot print smaller it makes it very difficult to remove the phone from the case not to mention while with gloves on.
The fabric safety harness that came with this case did not inspire confidence so I used the old one from the 7 plus case.
I did like the addition of the stand on the back of the case, but I can’t imagine a scenario where I would use it personally.
Overall the product is great and I would recommend it over all others but I feel it could be improved as above and UAs customer service experience is not the best (but far from the worst). When dealing with Apple accessories there is a level of expectation already set.
