We asked for a planting scheme that would help to soften the central seating area in the Idlewells Market in Sutton in Ashfield. Urban Planters recommended five palms which were delivered and installed very quickly and in excellent condition. The pots were coloured matched to our requirements. The plants have really changed the atmosphere in the space, just what we wanted. Thanks. I would recommend them to anybody.

The guy that attends our site is always polite, courteous and knowledgeable, he responds to any questions we may have, and takes really good care in the maintenance and up keep of our plants. On the occasions we have requested a plant change due to growth, this has been done efficiently with no issues

I have been working with Urban Planters for a few years now - initially in Crewe and now in Manchester.
I love the plants they have installed and there service visits make sure the plants always look healthy.
They come in before the majority of the staff and will always replace plants that are not looking 'happy' - Very professional and friendly at every visit - Great job!

We (at Hidden Hearing) use Urban Planters North Kent for all our interior plant requirements at our Support Centre.
We refurbished our offices in Maidstone over 18 months ago and felt Urban Planters were a great fit for us and they haven't disappointed.
The quality of the plants is outstanding and the customer service and after care is second to none.
Can not recommend highly enough

Very professional company who work to the highest standards to get the correct product for your area. In general we have been very pleased with the service so far and it is superior to our previous supplier. However there have been some rare but notable omissions in terms of refresh of certain plants which have required some chasing on our part, which means they fall short of a full 5 star rating at this time. However once the issue is raised, the response is very swift and wholly satisfactory.

Cooper Parry are a firm of accountants, but not traditional in any sense of the word. We are all about Disrupt: Lead: Make Life Count!
The wellbeing of our staff is hugely important to us, in terms of the benefits we offer and also providing them with a fab place to work. We have therefore worked with Urban Planters for a number of years, and have provided them with quite a tough sketchy brief during the fit out of our East and West Midlands offices. They take the time to listen, get to know what we are trying to achieve and have nailed the brief every time. Paul Rogers, Sales Director, in particular has worked with us to achieve exactly what we want on time, on budget and with a first class delivery.
I cannot recommend Urban Planters highly enough, not just for their delivery but also aftercare.

New PUMA office in Castleford.
Jayne and Joe from the Leeds branch have done a brilliant job recently in setting up some wonderful displays for our brand new office and distribution centre in Castleford. We're really proud of the space and even more now that Urban Planters have added some much needed green life into the space. The response immediately from staff was really positive and we're so thrilled with the natural aesthetic you have added.
The team in the Leeds office have been really great in making amends to the brief throughout the process, choosing the best plants for our space and delivering a great service.

We have only held a contract with Urban Planters for a couple of months but given the customer service we have received to date, we are very happy. We were asked our opinion on what we would like and when the plants were in place we were advised that if we were not happy or wanted something different just to say and this could be arranged. We have kept the original design as they did such a great job, the whole area looks fantastic.

Urban planters have always given excellent service. We have been using them since 2009. They always listen to our requirements and give excellent advice in return. They have provided for us, plants and flower displays for our reception area, conference room and hallways. I would certainly recommend them.
