Very bad
I am a customer by them since 6 years, i had very bad experience with them, the staff is not friendly, they fight on the call when you call them if need help!
So watch out before you sign with them!

My bad experience for cancellation request - "Haftpflichtversicherung"
I am writing my review in points for easy understanding,
1. I subscribed to this insurance company on January 2023 on a 3 year contract.
2. November 2023 - I wanted to cancel my subscription and submitted a formal request by approaching the bank.
3. December 2023 (mid) - My cancellation request was not taken even after few weeks and I visited the same bank and asked for the status of it. Again I was told that cancellation will be taken care of. I spoke to the customer care to ensure this time my cancel request is done properly.
4. December 2023 - I received another letter and they said they "SEPA DIRECT debit" is removed from my contract and asked me to repay it. I repaid the amount as soon as I read the letter.
5. January 2024 (first week) - I received a letter from Versicherungskammer Bayern stating that I had outstanding payment due to which they cannot accept my cancellation request. My payments were SEPA direct debit and all the money was paid on time and "I always had balance in my account". There was "no chance" that there was a payment due.
6. February 2024 - I was sent another letter and I was asked to pay the whole amount for the new insurance year.
Again i approached the bank and negotiated about this issue and I asked where was the miscommunication happening. I wasn't given a proper response and hence I ended up paying the amount for the new insurance year. Absolutely, I lost "TRUST" in this company. Congratulations :( :(
I wish there is an option to give 0 star or negative point for my experience.

Very nice and helpful insurance
From 3 years ago I have 2 insurances with vkb one is tooth insurance and the other one Haftpflichtversicherung.I can just recommend this insurance,always they answer all questions and for all the cases that I sent them the Bill,they paid all the caese.I didnt have even a single problem with this nice insurance.
