Fiberglass internet - unprofessional installation and terrible customer service!

This is to share our experience of changing from Magenta (which is not implementing fiberglass in Vienna) to Fiberglass from Wien Energie : 2 guys came yesterday about noon, took the Magenta cables out (via Mediaverteiler) and installed fiberglass; they were done within 30 minutes… The new internet functioned for exactly 3 hours and then shut itself down. After repeatedly contacting their useless customer service we investigated and found out that the issue was with the fiberglass cable itself or the way they connected it to the router/mediaverteiler. The customer service „confirmed our finding… They promised that someone comes (within same day) to correct the mistakes they made during connecting everything… and we are still waiting for them to come and we do NOT have internet over the last 2 days! So, from this experience we conclude that the customer service and technical support are below any standard we encountered from other providers and we are strongly considering returning to Magenta

if you have heating and warm water…

if you have heating and warm water supply from Fernwärme Wien even on request you do not get any information on how they calculate their energy prices. We already had some cases where they had surreal increases in price - and when people where not able to pay they would even turn off energy supply (know a csae of a woman living single with her little child)

Non existent customer service - Disaster!

Since few days waiting for hours for someone from customer service to reply to the phone. This company simply doesn't care about customer service and abusing the dominant position in the market. How come that Management is nor reacting to all the negative reviews. Appalling. Customer Service Manager should be sacked right away.

It's a horrible

It's a horrible to be there for a single question. More than 3 hours I have been there and I got tired and went back home no one cares about it. Today 390 people were there and just 3 person was working ! Who is responsible for such costumes service !? If the electricity bill were correct , no-one should be here for complaining.

Wien Energie's customer service is the worst I have ever experienced

Wien Energie's customer service is a complete disaster. I have tried 7x to call hotline, but hung up. After the 8th time I finally got a person on the phone who said the appropriate person would call back. I did get the call-back but it was an automated response that then put me again on hold! Word of advice - DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

worst costumer service ever

worst costumer service ever! she hang offed the phone even though i wasnt done with my question yet. I waiter 1hour on the line and she did worng anyway, so i have to call again!

they charged me 5 times more and saying that it was a system problem!? so if i would not call them back and ask for the details i would have to pay 5x more.
