Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. I have been a customer for more than 5 years, and I haven't been able to reach anyone after sending multiple emails over the past 7 months about not having any reception anywhere. I can’t do anything. Finally, I received an email asking if my issue was still relevant, and I replied, yes. The response I got was, "You can buy a new SIM card."
Very rude, and although I addressed them formally, I received an informal response saying, "You can buy a new SIM card."

Only 4Mbit paying for 80Mbit support is ghosting me

I'm a customer now for multiple years, never reached full speed, but I was fine with having about 40-60Mbit, but for roughly 2 weeks now my internet speed dropped to about 4Mbit, I wrote the support 3 times and still no reply. Their network is completely overloaded, they know it and still charge 100% while providing 1/20 of the speed. I tried it on different locations, with different devices, everywhere it's the same issue. Terminating the contract with the end of the month. Issues can happen but 0 support is a no go, not reliable, no more trust.

Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience. Do not trust this company. You receive the box, but no internet at all. If you're a visiting student in Vienna, do not fall for their student-friendly image. They provide NO customer service whatsoever, you cannot reach them over the phone and they don't reply to your emails. As other reviewers mentioned, it all stinks of a scam!

AVOID AVOID AVOID

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. First I tried to call 5 times their customer service and was put on hold for 15+ minutes and then hung up on without talking to anybody. Manuel was extremely unfriendly and was just unwilling to listen to my concerns and was constantly trying to blame me. He was also constantly interrupting me even though I was making the effort to speak german (which is not my first language) and when I asked him why he was being so unfriendly he replied that "he took the time to call me so he doesn't see why he's being unfriendly".
This was a truly awful experience and I can only say I'm happy I resigned my contract with XOXO.

No way of contacting them

They blocked my account due to a delayed payment. After paying them, they still blocked my account. Due to the loss of access to the phone & SMS & login on their website, I can only contact them by email, which they don't apply at all.

The worst customer service

The worst customer service. There is no physical location to go to to solve issue. It takes ages to get someone on the phone and when I finally get someone they do not speak English, are not able to get someone who speaks English a then hung up on me.

They are cheap yeah.. But the roaming bearly works abroad. I do not recommend
