Nothing tangible to spend Yeokens on

I have a lot of Yeokens but there is nothing tangible to exchange them for. Absolutely nothing! Not so long ago one could at least exchange them for a shopping bag or a few other things but now there is nothing. I don't want money off posh pursuits in which I have no interest whatsoever, or to take part in a raffle. I would like something tangible in exchange for my Yeokens.

I am beginning to think that the loyalty scheme is a complete waste of time. Please at least bring back the shopping bags.

Well what can I say about these things…

Well what can I say about these things ? Well the taste is on but I’ve tasted better. The price isn’t as bad as other brands but not the cheapest. But what really get my goat is that the pots are only half full. So that means they are as expensive as the dearest. I keep telling my misses to get the ones from Aldi but she’s stubborn. My advice DON’T buy them.

Disappointed with the Decline.

Disappointed with the Decline.
I used to love Yeo Organic products, but recently, the quality and taste have noticeably declined. The yogurt, which used to be rich and creamy, now feels thinner and lacks the flavor it once had. For a brand that prides itself on organic excellence, this is really disappointing. Considering the premium price, I expected much better consistency. I hope they address these issues and return to their previous high standards.

Woeful homogenised, standardised garbage

Unimpressive full fat milk. Homogenised, standardised garbage, lacking cream and tastes like any of the mass produced milks.
This is not how good milk tastes, just how nature DIDN'T intend it. I implore customers to visit some of the smaller dairies in rural England to get a taste of how milk should actually taste- 2-3 inches of thick cream on top of the milk. They are skimming off cream and standardising the milk, putting back less cream than was in the original real whole milk, then selling it as whole milk and undoubtedly selling the cream separately. Deeply unimpressed- I know good milk and this is not it.

Loyalty scheme??!! - an utter waste of time

Nice packaging is all I can say. Average and overpriced products and the most ridiculous Yeokens Loyalty scheme which encourages people to bank tokens to be redeemed for freebies that are never available.

Talk about con artists

Wish I'd read these reviews before playing their silly games as clearly they are constantly moving the goal posts snd changing the prizes half way through, without any notice!
Last time I buy their products out of principle, their are so many others to choose from now

Yeokans scheme is a joke

Their Yeokans loyalty scheme is an utter joke and waste of time. Been using Yeo valley for years but the loyalty scheme is annoying. They don’t even give discounts on their own brand. You can buy 40 packs of their yoghurts and still not be able to use their tokens to buy anything. I don’t actually know how many points you need to save before you can use them for anything other than discounts on brands you’d never use (or have heard of) or to get a free Yeo Valley tote shopping bag not exactly a highlight for the demographic of customers you have im sure). I like most of their products but the points scheme is demotivating.

Sour milk!

Bought 2 litres of wholemilk dated best before 28th April 2024 with the advice to keep refrigerated, best used within 3 days of opening. Opened on 1st May and found it completely sour and unusable - have had to pour it down the sink! Disappointed in this expensive product which has kept far less well than the supermarket own brand that I usually buy and which has never let me down. Won't buy Yeo Valley whole milk again.

Not as good as it used to be.

Yeo Valley's unique selling point that differentiated them from other organic dairy brands was that they had a scheme where you could collect points & spend them on a variety of functional/useable items (and later on experiences).
However, not only have the amount of points needed to redeem items increased, the type of items you can redeem are useless/trash and not worthwhile.

Goalposts moved

The Yeo products are good and we will continue to buy them.
The customer service is awful taking over a week to answer an email
It took me several years to collect 10,000 points for the weekend reward. I was then told that due to cost of living it was now 12,000. There had been no communication of this to the customer.
In addition they are restricting the use of the accommodation to 4 times a year.
Dreadful and disappointing company
Don't save the yeokens it really is not worth it

You know where to stick your Yeokens

Yogurt tokens wouldn't scan, so spent time entering the codes (27 of them), only to be told that they had no more re-usable lids, suggesting I buy some from Lakeland. What a waste of time, thankfully other yogurts are available. Their PR is obviously a load of (organic) manure, they don't seem to be bothered by such a low Trustpilot rating (remember 1 is the lowest score achievable, I'd give them 0 if I could).

Please can you bring back lids

Please can you bring back lids. As several others have said cardboard ones would be fine. Love your products but now switching to other makes with lids in similar size as yoghurt spills during transport & fridge condensation causes it to become watery thus spoils more quickly.

Used to be my favourite organic brand

Used to be my favourite organic brand, but after today’s pack of four yogurt purchase, I feel very disappointed, why is the pot nearly half full ? That’s a joke, literally 4 teaspoons and the pot is finished, why the amount is less and price higher than before? Rip off

Gave up on yeokens years ago and…

Gave up on yeokens years ago and switched to different brand as they kept discontinuing tokens so you lost your cache before saved up ridiculous amounts to get a mug or anything useful. Recently bought two again as onken out of stock nothing wrong with yoghurt, checked out yeokens and discovered can only get a bag now so still useless. Product then reduced in size and no lid so as no reusable lids available and no warning so couldn't keep a lid back to another manufacturer

Tasty healthy products

I am eating yeo products for years. I love them.
I don't understand negative reviews.
That yoghurt isn't thick enough? Yes because there are no thickeners added, it looks like a normal yoghurt should look like.
That it is tasteless? Probably because they aren't adding excessive amount of sugar and additives into them like their competitors.
And it's sad how comfortable people you are that you need plastic leeds back. You just need to be more careful when carrying yoghurts. It never happened to me that leed broke and i am ordering them online too.

Yeotokens not worth the bother

Yeotokens not worth the bother. I've saved around 700 yeotokens, and they're useless. All you can get with them are small discounts (10%, 15%, 20%) off overpriced products from aimed-at-rich-people companies, products I would never buy. How about Yoekens earn you discounts off Yeo Valleys own products? That I might use. Or the tokens being exchangeable for free gifts. The Yeoken system is nothing more than advertising for other companies and an utter waste of my time.

Plastic Lid

I have been a loyal customer of Yeo Valley. Ever since they remove the plastic lid, yogurt comes off as soon as I open them.I'm puzzled by the decision to remove the lid completely instead of using recyclable plastic lid. It's frustrating to buy yogurt only end up discarding it without even finishing half.

The products are delicious and I think…

The products are delicious and I think I have tried them all but seriously the yeoken collecting is a total waste of time, you can have a shopping bag but I already have one...or % money discount code from pester companies who probably give you 10% or whatever if you subscr to emails anyway. I've basically turned yo shops own brands now

Having suffered the cheating Spins ....

HAving suffered the cheating Yeotokens wheel for ages, finally got enough for the bag.
GUESS WHAT!!
Not available.
This company stands high in how to alienate your customer ratings
Love the "You've won 1 bonus Yeoken! ". Wht a joke. No use as your only option is to "invest" it in a draw you won't have a chance of winning.
