No issues

Was very skeptical after I saw all reviews. Ordered Stella McCartney coat coz XS was out of stock everywhere else, £450. So, I placed order on Friday 10.01 and on Tuesday 14.01 it was delivered by EVRI. I am happy with my experience.

Best shipping ever

Literally the best, I looked at the reviews and got a bit scared but then I realised that some people who have bought from here and had successful deliveries haven’t bothered to post a review so it’s a bit uneven and biased for opinions. But this company literally delivered my item 2 days after packaging it and it successfully went to my house. No bs no rubbish straightforward. I would recommend you buy from here

Outstanding! Don't be put off by other people's experience

Made an impulse buy as it was significantly cheaper than elsewhere. Read the reviews straight away and hit panic stations! Can confidently say I've had the best customer experience in a long time. Fast dispatch and delivery over Xmas period with no problems whatsoever! Don't be put off by others negative experience and find out for your self!
Very happy!

I am yet to receive a refund from this…

(Avoid to save the stress and confusion).

Iam yet to receive a refund from this company, I return a jacket on 14/12/24 I drop it off at my local drop off point and I have been given a receipt of return . I speak with customer service agent on their chat messages at around 23-24 December. She ask for the receipt number of the return which I give she is now telling me she cannot see a return then telling me I will be refund on Saturday 28/12/24 but until now I cannot get a refund quiet confusing and conflicting on the 24/12/24 I received an email asking for evidence etc of returns I then have to filed a case via PayPal to have my money return . I upload all the information via PayPal still today am yet to receive the money back and no communication totally incompetent and lack of customer duty and care I will avoid this company from now on I have issues with this company before

Fast shipping and smooth return

Even though I didn't keep the clothes, I appreciate the fast shipping and smooth return. Great customer experience and I'd use Zalando again.

Shocking service

Shocking service! I placed an order 16 days ago, which has still not been received. Evri advised me they were due to receive the parcel 2 weeks ago, but they’ve still not been sent it. I have sent 3 emails to Zalando, and they keep saying it is on the way. I cannot call and speak to anyone! Just did a live chat, the 1st person told me to “be patient”, and then ended the chat!! I started another chat, where I was eventually promised a refund…whether that materialises, is anyone’s guess! I bought 2 Christmas presents, costing £170. I cannot afford to replace them until I receive my refund. Very stressed and upset about the whole situation, I will never use Zalando again.

Used to be good but now just terrible

As others have said, Zalando used to be good and I regularly shopped with them without any issues. Now, they are just awful and I will never use them again. I placed an order 18 days ago and still no sign of it, no updates to the tracking either. If I try live chat, they say to just wait and that they can't process a refund. Most of the advisers cut me off and end the chat mid conversation. Just do yourself a favour and avoid.

My experience with Zalando.co.uk has… dismissed, and blatantly ripped off. Shameful.

My experience with Zalando.co.uk has been nothing short of abysmal. I provided them with clear CCTV footage showing a courier stealing my parcel, alongside a police crime reference number. Despite this irrefutable evidence, their so-called "internal investigation" led to absolutely nothing. No refund. No replacement. Just cold indifference.

Their customer service is utterly disgraceful. Instead of taking accountability or even attempting to resolve the issue, they chose to ignore the facts and brush me off. This isn't just poor service—it's outright negligence. What’s the point of an “internal investigation” if you blatantly disregard evidence provided by your customers?

Zalando has shown me they have no respect for their customers, no integrity, and no intention of resolving serious issues. I’m left out of pocket and furious. Avoid Zalando.co.uk at all costs—unless, of course, you enjoy being ignored, dismissed, and blatantly ripped off. Shameful.

Avoid shopping online at this store!

After purchasing a bag worth £360, the courier they used left it on my doorstep without me requesting so. Since then Zalando have been terrible, it’s been a week since it was ‘lost’ and I have not received a refund they haven’t even initiated one. Their customer service is the worst service I’ve ever had, each advisor informing me of something different. When I had originally complained they was unaware of 3 emails I wrote for over 3 days meaning by the time I had chased it up they hadn’t even acknowledged my bag was missing.


They have not even offered a replacement only a refund.

I’ve called 9 times, got through to them 6 times. Emailed over 6 times and even still now a week later they have informed me I could wait for another 5 days to be refunded which will obviously take a few days to return into my account. Honestly the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had.


I would very strongly advise against ordering from this website incase of any mistakes as their customer service is non existent.

I wish I read the reviews....
Avoid this company, they will happily take your money and forget about you in the same instance.
Taken over 2 weeks to dispatch my order, and all the support team can tell me is to wait... I've requested to cancel and refund a number of times to no avail. This business is operating in a legally grey fashion and will not be returning to this scam.

A company in decline

Have shopped with Zalando a couple of years ago and there was no issue IIRC. However, ordered a product 8 days ago and there's still no sign of it. Didn't receive a confirmation e-mail though my orders are on my account on the site. For 3 days, it said "picking your order". I thought it was unlikely that it would be delivered within the timeframe and sure enough, though I have a tracking number for Evri, they say they haven't received it yet. Customer service is slow and offer liitle help. I won't buy from Zalando again.

TAKE YOUR MONEY & FAIL TO DELIVER

Zalando have a known delivery issue which they accepted on recorded calls. Over 10days since order. Tracker says still being packed however CS say management are aware. They cannot issue order cancellation and will hold your money and cannot confirm when to expect delivery. DISGUSTING! Avoid this company and report them!

Is it true tha AnnaField is owned by Zalando? I wonder... They sell so much AnnaField products and then you end up as idiot by buying stuff from "original" Anna'sField site and being scammed.

Very un-reliable website

Very un-reliable website. Please When ordering be aware of the delivery time schedule.
I ordered a pair of Nike trainers on the 03/10. Initially the delivery date provided at checkout stated between
05/10 - 07/10.
Then after checkout the confirmation email stated the item will be delivered between 05/10 - 08/10.
I contacted customer service to get an update. After speaking to them twice and informing them that I needed the item for the 07/10. I was informed there is nothing that they can do. I can return the item after delivery.
I tried customer service on the 06/10 for an update to my surprise they restrict my number from contacting them.
PLEASE TRY OTHER WEBSITES.

I would strongly advise against using…

I would strongly advise against using this website due to the incredibly poor service I have experienced. I have attempted to order the same item twice, and both attempts failed because of issues caused by the company.

The first time I placed my order, I never received a confirmation. After contacting customer service, I was told to reorder. Unfortunately, by that time, the item had already gone out of stock, so I had to wait for it to become available again.

When the item finally came back in stock, I reordered it and received a confirmation email. I was relieved, thinking the issue was resolved. However, on the day the item was supposed to be delivered, I received an email stating my order had been cancelled because the item was out of stock again.

This was not just disappointing—it was infuriating. The website has glitched twice, leaving me waiting for orders that were ultimately not fulfilled. To make matters worse, I now have a gift card that I specifically requested to purchase this item, and I cannot use it because the item remains out of stock.

During this entire process, I could have easily ordered the item from another company and avoided this frustrating ordeal. Instead, I was let down twice by this website’s lack of reliability and poor service.

I cannot recommend this company to anyone. The repeated failures, technical issues, and inability to fulfill my orders have left me extremely dissatisfied. Avoid this website—it is simply not worth the hassle.

Disappointing every time…

So surprised with this I expect good things paying higher prices for designer goods but everytime I've ordered items have been damaged. Wouldn't be so bad but the returns is a nightmare ! Customer service is barely there for assistance. When spending so much money you expect good basic contactable customer service and your return actioned in good time!
